Serves summons on online betting operator BetJack

The New South Wales Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) has issued summons on a principal of Vanuatu-based online betting operation BetJack.
The regulator, in collaboration with the Queensland Police Services, executed a search warrant on a Queensland premises during which evidence was reportedly seized.
BetJack is alleged to have illegally used New South Wales race fields information on its website to solicit a greyhound race bet at Dubbo on May 21, 2015.
John Michael Chan (66), believed to be a principal of BetJack, was served a court attendance order to appear in Bathurst Local Court on August 10, 2015.
