Intralot And Amelco Finalise Partnership (update)

Co-development of new sportsbetting product
A binding memorandum of understanding signed between Intralot and Amelco in December 2016 has been firmed up to form a definitive agreement in which the two companies will collaborate in the development of new omni-channel sports betting products.
Under the strategic partnership, the two companies technical teams will co-develop a product that will integrate modules of Amelco’s’s ATS platform to Intralot’s retail lottery solution to develop a new omni-channel sports-betting product tailored to suit regulated lotteries and sports betting operators across all channels.
“Intralot’s legacy as global sports-betting operations leader is widely enhanced by integrating Amelco’s innovative software functionalities. We are confident that the resulting pioneering product will quickly be recognized as the best integrated retail and online betting platform available globally,” commented Antonios Kerastaris, chief executive officer of Intralot Group.

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
