Duolito Iceman from Swintt

Just a little over a week since their last release Win-O-Rama XL, Swintt have announced yet another new game coming to an online casino near you, with Duolito Iceman billed as a premium release that features both free spins and sticky wilds.

Like most games in the studio’s Premium line-up, Duolito Iceman adheres to the classic design elements of traditional land-based slots, with familiar ace-through-ten card symbols accounting for the slot’s lower value icons. Where it comes into its own, however, is in its unique Italian gelateria theme, with action unfolding in front of a backdrop of rolling Tuscan hills and the leaning tower of Pisa.

To enhance this idyllic setting, higher-value symbols are comprised of a variety of sweet treats, with three flavoured single-scoop cups of ice cream and a luxurious sundae awarding the slot’s biggest payouts. Beyond that, players will need to keep an eye out for the Duolito wild symbol and the bonus-trigger scatter icon, which is depicted as a golden shield bearing the Italian flag and the word “feature”.

Should three or more instances of this special symbol occur in any reel position during a base game spin, players will immediately be served up 12 free spins with a new ice-cold modifier in play. Now, whenever a Duolito wild symbol appears, it will remain locked in place for the duration of the feature, with multiple sticky wilds making it far easier to trigger five-of-a-kind wins over the slot’s 10 paylines.

Given that the Duolito wild can, by default, substitute for any regular base game symbol, having several of them stuck to the board at any one time can dramatically increase players’ chances of landing the maximum 1,200x jackpot and also improves the slot’s overall hit-rate to a very generous 26.67%.

Of course, with Duolito Iceman being a fresh new addition to the popular SwinttPremium catalogue, players also won’t be surprised to hear that the studio’s signature Risk feature is also present and correct. Available after any winning spin, this optional extra simply asks them to guess the colour of a hidden playing card to double their prize, with multiple picks on offer until an incorrect guess is made.
