The base bet, $1.00 - the total return was something like $3,100 or so. I didn't do a screen shot, unfortunately. The multiplier kept doubling and doubling, I think topping out at 512x.

However, I only hit 3-of-a-kind wins and so the final result was only Bonus Buy x26...
($524 from a BB of $20)

But the big question is: Could you get a big win like ours from a "natural trigger" - or do the Bonus Buy free-spins have completely different programming...?

I don't know the answer to your question, but theoretically, I believe the bonus buy is set at a price ($100 for a $1 spin) which is intended to represent an average bonus return (after accounting for the house edge), a return which has been averaged over millions and billions of theoretical spins. I think I've gotten max wins only twice on RTG, and both times were bonus rounds which were triggered organically, NOT using a bonus buy feature. But who knows how they write their coding...

I've never understood how some people seem to accumulate wild lines like candy on the DOA games. Best I've ever had in a bonus is 3 wilds (scattered, not linking).

Not moaning but it just feels like a Herculean feat as the engine is a master at keeping them off the screen!

only casino I could never land wildline VS and lottmart, rest every casino I play I got wildline, 2024 i going to try in skyvegas they just add DOA2

The 100x did some heavy lifting.

But i must say that most max wins i have seen (on different prag slots) it just throws out the biggest multipliers like they were on sale, looks very scripted, as in you hit the 'max win' spin.
Like all the max wins in Madame destiny megaways where it keeps giving retriggers with max spins and max multiplier.
Normally just getting a retrigger seems to be like one in a billion.

100% scripted from start to finish, for sure, all the Pragmatics. Know what's going to happen on screen before the guy does or doesn't leap up a lot of the time. Purple rings stacked on reel 3 and paying is a guaranteed leap, likewise blue symbols paying on reels 1 and 6.

You know it's jackpot time when a red 250x or 500x crashes out of the sky. On very, very rare occasions it can troll and produce just one that doesn't connect.
