Winward Casino complaint

This has been an ongoing,,,outstanding,,,unresolved issue ever since Sue4 said in the threads I have posted below spells it out since before Nov. 24th, 07...another words it was NOT RESOLVED to the players satisfaction with the very vague initial response given to her by Winward Management...

her first post here started at 2nd January 2008, 07:50 AM when she said the reply wasn't to her satisfaction, that is 2 months ago.

I really don't see how you would consider her complaint as a "Vague Complaint" when she has spelled in all out in quite great detail in her emails to Winward and also in her posts here...

Where exactly was the inappropriate language you are referring to,,,what do you consider as inappropriate language ??

this is not the post I referred to, I referred to the one Max wrote about Garbage post, he wanted me to reply to, and I will not reply to this language.

Sue4 on this post and on emails we wrote to each other is a real lovely woman whether we closed her account or not.

It's been awhile that's for sure.
If I had something against something.
You bet I would keep a close eye on it.
But you never know something could of come up with her.and somethings have to be put on the back burner at times.

It's been a long time now for Sue4 to give us an update on this.
And I just like to know what came of this on her side of the story.
Do we hang Winward Management or what.
But in my heart I know MissMD did what she can do and this has been taken care of by them.And that they are not bad after all.

And let's not forget that this isn't this only outstanding issue here re: Winward.

See Winward Casino - Garbage to which no "official" response has been given, again in spite of repeated reminders.

Nope,, none that are perfect...but a whole hell of a lot (Insert Winward here) that carry a hell of a lot more baggage around than the others do...:p
 
And how many are Bogus like this one thread .:lolup:
Because if I was the one that had issues with a place I would not shy away for 3 weeks and one day.
I would Hammer & Hammer on this until it was fixed.
I'm only going on past issues I had with them but they were all fixed in 2 to 3days from the time I emailed MMD.
I guess i'm a nice person that they say "Fix this because it's BingoT" :lolup:

Absolutely agree with you there BT, keep the One Happy that will always fight for the Virtue or Righteousness of the Casino that has a long track record of screwing over the masses !!! They truly understand that you will always have their best interests at heart...$$$...and you also have several platforms and podiums to shout the message from...so yes, I couldn't agree with you more on that point of "Fix this because it's BingoT"...;)

Sorry if you feel that is being too blunt about how I view your agenda here, but hey, I just call it the way I see it FWIW...

There are some very strong accusations that are being made there, and it might be worth your while to address them.

For the life of me, I would never play at any casino that made me roll over my deposit 30x before withdrawing without a bonus attached to it, even if a bet was never placed.

I can understand your position, but you're taking it personally. It's your call on whether or not to address the concerns raised in that thread, but as a professional in your situation, I sure would.

I totally agree with you Win,, seems as though MD wants to let her personal feelings get in the way of showing a genuine concern for her player base and their legitimate questions....Oh well, just another issue left unresolved to add to their portfolio here at Casinomeister...:rolleyes:

I hear you K, and I empathize. However, I still want MissMD to address that issue and she's refused on that grounds that she finds the original title offensive. I'm hoping a little compromise will allow some forward progress.

That said, I promise to change it back to the original if nothing meaningful results from having changed it.

Are you sure she didn't get them confused with someone else? Hell, I've cashed out comps that's had no WR attached.

The only thing I saw is a 30x WR on their bonuses...I know for a fact that comps and gifts have no WR attached.

I never took the SUB when I first started playing, and never had a problem cashing out...WR were never brought up.

Yes you are right at 3D it's 30x to get that bonus.
Some bonus offers are good and some are bad to take.
I perfer a lower one if I take a bonus.In some cases it's best not too take one if it's at a high.
