CASINOMAX - complaint about withdrawl fees

I withdrew $700.00 from Casinomax via BTC. They paid me $700.00 and then reversed the payment stating they had to icnrease fees. Once I finally located the payment via support I realized I was missing $57.00. They literally stole $57.00 and then said fees were high. First and foremost I am not liable for the fees. They could have told me and I would have used a different payment option. Furthermore, the fees were not $57.00. I see the fee amount in the TX history. 0.00020179 was the fee to send the BTC. Which was roughly $15.00 at the time the payment was finally sent.

I would recommend nobody play at Casinomax. I had just recently went back their to try them out. I closed my account and will never play there again. I paid my fees when I deposited and I was never credited, nor did I complain my fees were when I gave them my money. It goes both ways. I have never seen a casino in the history of crypto charge me for their fees. The fact they reversed the payment to take the payment really made me mad.

Good luck dodging all this shady stuff. The payment delays were bad enough..

Did you contact their casino rep? She's one of the best in the business - and I am sure this could have been dealt with satisfactorily before posting your complaints.

I do apologise for the late reply.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I wanted to assure you that we do not charge any extra fees on any cash outs, especially Bitcoin. The amount approved on your account is the amount we are sending. Worth remembering that Bitcoin price fluctuate pretty often, on occasions we may increase the fees in order to get quicker confirmations. No transctions were cancelled on our end.
Your pay out was approved on 11th April however there was delay on a blockchain with pretty high mining fees. The trasnaction finally confirmed on 13th April where the Bitcoin price dropped to 67K. You should of receive 0.01000029 BTC which at the time of sending this trasnaction was worth $700.

I just want to assure you and anyone else that we are not adding any additional fees to any payments.
