Mr Bets online customer service I have had issues with their support personnel since I started playing on their platform.
They lack professionalism and most seem to have no customer service experience at all. They just reiterate the same thing to you over and over again on any questions you ask. When I have become fusterated and ask them to speak to their supervisor I get told that they are the supervisor. So i then ask for an email address to the complaints department, apparently they don't have one. I enjoy playing on this casino online but the customer service is awful. Does anyone know how I can contact t someone to make complaint and have my vip manager changer. Thanks
