Yes it has been known for a long time he has left VS. I used to chat to him many times on the phone and by email as well. He was a nice guy.

I like the wheel of Jackpots but really miss having a VIP host/department, made the playing experience more personal now seems full of bells and whistles but no personal touch.

I'm understanding what others feel with the wheel of jackpots, I have mad tons of deposits but because of poor playtime for a few months I haven't levelled up much recently, so not getting much in rewards. Strange you can make 1000s of dollars in deposit and because of poor playtime you get nothing and other times make 1 deposit of$20 have days of winning streaks and get rewarded. Boils down to luck but I miss the old VIP treatment, Videoslots had everything right and going for them the way they were and I miss that.

Yep I miss the old VS as well. But if the old VS also had the wheel of jackpots on and still had the VIP/Loyalty department, then it would still be the same. But the amount of changes of late does make VS feel like a completely different casino.

Hi there, is there any reason I can't see the new NetEnt game Narcos?

I can see all the other NetEnt games fine, but not Narcos. I have tried on several different browsers and PCs, all with the same results. Other CM members seem to be able to see it OK.
