I find it a bit unfair that you send a promotion like this 100% match out to some UK players, but you ignore and do not send it to other ones in the UK too?

But I never get promo emails with any match bonuses ever from VS, and I was a VIP customer as well. Since the wheel of jackpots, not even sure if my VIP status still stands? But the amount I deposit, it would not hurt to actually be included in the promo emails. Seems a bit unfair to be honest.

You think if I stop depositing at VS I will start to get promo emails? I doubt that very much. I have actually in the past had a month or 2 break from VS and that did not trigger me getting any promo emails at all. So if you are right, then it must be a inactivity of 3+ months or more for them to then include you, to try entice you back! :p

EDIT: Also, Nicola has been actively playing at VS, because I have seen her recent hits from VS she has been posting in the screenshot and video threads. So I doubt it has anything to do with only sending the promo emails out to inactive accounts! :p

Got to say that without doubt if you dont send me this promo you will lose me as a player
Would really be the final straw,I can send you my user name if you want to check my history
since joining 2 years ago and if you dont think I deserve it ,you will lose a good customer
who has tried to stay loyal.

Dont you guys ever reward loyalty,I got far more from ladbrokes and deposited there less, Would like to know what the criteria was for determining
who it was awarded to,is it dormant customers who no longer depositing due to all the cutbacks? Gotto say I am really pissed off

And again, I too never ever get mail through the post either. I also never get text messages either? All I get is emails with news announcements and when I get emails from support.

I also just checked my privacy settings, and I am opted into everything. So why is it that some UK players get mail through the post and also extra promo emails like the match bonuses? Why can you not answer my question @Team.Videoslots ?? Why are you avoiding answering and instead saying all you have done is pass the feedback onto the relevant department. This is in no way answering my question? So please can you answer the questions I and @shadow123 asked please?

Deposited over $6000 in 2 months with no withdrawals and little entertainment and very little in rewards example 10 free spins last Monday $23 weekend booster last Friday the highest I received in weeks. guests that's not enough to receive a deposit bonus. If you have a poor run doesn't matter how much you deposit the rewards suck. In the past did have some good runs but when the games go cold so do your rewards.

Well I can assure you, I will not be depositing like I used to in your establishment anymore. I think I have now had enough of all the changes, plus the fact I am finding it extremely difficult to get any spins in clash of spins even though I deposit a lot each week. I also struggle to win anything in the battles as well. I can not even get a decent placement in any of the battles for many many months now. Very very rarely do I even win 5 spins. I used to win 5-10 spins multiple times a day from the battles. Now I am lucky to win 5 spins about once a week if that.

The only thing that is a bit worthwhile is the silver wheel spin I have now had twice. Other than that the rest has gone downhill. Also given that you have also lowered the RTP on play n go slots. Which I also do not play at VS anymore since you chose to do that. I play those slots elsewhere now.

I know I said I was happy recently with some of the changes, and I am happy with the wheel of jackpots. But all the other cut backs and changes to the battles etc etc and now this not getting any promo emails or texts or mail through the post. Is the final nail in the coffin for me at VS I think. Sorry VS, I can no longer be loyal to your casino.

Don’t worry @misstrouble, VS are one of the best casinos around and you won’t regret playing there. They have a really good reward system but it has undergone some changes recently. Some people are understandably not too happy with the changes, but overall you probably won’t go wrong with them.

Absolutely not having a go at people voicing their concerns btw, I can see why some players wouldn’t be happy with a lot of the changes that have gone on. I personally think Clash of Spins is an abomination but that’s just me. Actually, it’s not just me but you get my drift. :laugh:

The Wheel of Jackpots on the other hand, that was a great change :thumbsup:
