Aye. At any casino without a lock but that I know doesn’t pay immediately, if I want to reduce temptation I stick a wager limit on the account of £1 until the withdrawal is processed.

Just take the option away videoslots it's that simple why bitch and moan and send emails and close accounts because some one has used the horrible reverse option makes no sense they just want you to reverse it spunk it back in reality!

I don't see any problem with with those emails from VS either.
Canceling withdrawals are absolutely one of the sign of the player can't control himself-I'm not saying bj has an gambling issue, but it is in many case the sign of the problem.
Any casino "should" monitor those signs.

Some people say VS should have "lock" button, I agree it would been nice, but it is absolutely easy to click the chat button and simply type "I want to flush my withdrawal.", or clicking a couple of times for a short period of time out.-VS responsible gambling section is one of the best among online casinos.

I don't think there is any problem with those emails from VS.
Rubbish if you think that reverse is a problem why are VS wasting time paying employees to monitor accounts, just get rid of the reverse withdraw and the staff can do other more productive things, this is nothing more than excuse to nosey into someones gambling, if they keep the reverse they can note people who reverse and keep them on a list as a potential problem, that is why they keep the reverse so it's easier for them to find any problem gamblers, it's a crafty and sneaky underhanded trick which should be stopped. VS get rid of the reverse withdraw it is not right and it should not be part of any reputable casino in 2019. Casinos with reverse should be classed as rogue casinos for keeping people's money.

I must admit, I've never even noticed the reverse withdraw button. Every time I've withdrawn the process has been almost instant, even in the middle of the night.

Which proves they don't need it so why else would it be there other than to see who reverses it within half an hour and send them a quick email "do you have a problem we can help".

First, I don't appreciate you call my opinion rubbish.

Second, I agree that it is a good idea that VS has "lock" button, I never said it is OK not to have "lock" button, all I'm saying is there is nothing wrong with emails from VS.
They are just showing their concern, they never said bj has a gambling problem, they just said they have a concern and made a few suggestion.

Third it is the casino's duty-not just VS- all casinos has a duty to check players gambling pattern, behavior ect, sometimes that can make casino go over the top for sure, but I believe when it comes about gambling problem, doing over is much better than doing under.

Forth, having "lock" button is the best and I think VS should look at that, but going to chat and ask them to flush the withdrawal is not that hard, so it's not like the players don't have any option but looking at the word "pending". -If you go check all the accredited casino, there are a lot of casinos has reverse button, even some casinos doesn't allow flush.-

It's rather annoying to go into chat as you have to wait and they will ask you to confirm a bunch of details first before they could flush it for you.

A button with a simple click is much better

I suppose the email could be fine in a case, I asked them why my withdrawals went from instant to 6 hrs, this was the reply though, that's the problem! Never once cried that I lost money because of it...This is why it's a joke, and he said I lost all money because I never used the tools, I never lost anything, so they are spreading the toxic emails making me feel like a loser for just trying to relax and have fun. Now I'm nervous to even spin, are they watching my patterns also? Not friendly in my opinion.

I play apparently within their " down time" 12am-7 their time when withdrawals are not approved for this time frame...according to a Wayne there, so that's why I cancel and add to them, it's a cancel and immediately add funds to it and I resubmit it, for me guess they don't see that...mmhmm. But this is my after work hrs where I live.

Since netent is back and the jackpot games are available, I want to make sure we Canadians will be paid if one of us hit it as in Hall of gods for example, Cause last time people were saying even though we can play the slot we would not be paid the jackpot if hit. Can you ask to make sure please? :)

Hi @ChopleyIOM

Sorry for the late reply.

We will send you a pm.

Br,
Team Videoslots.

I can confirm this has now been sorted via PM and NetEnt slots are now visible for me at Videoslots :)

Praise the lord I get MYRTP back and proper provider lists and multigame support and all the other quality of life stuff VS has that LeoVegas doesn't.

I don't know why they weren't available in the first place, but it does seem that there's no actual restriction on NetEnt games being available on the IOM.

Thanks to Team Videoslots for getting it sorted :)
