Hello @Team.Videoslots this is just a suggestion, i dont really wanna rant over your site but: I get that you had to change many things to lower your costs, but the state at the moment is just not fun anymore especially for low roller/low budget player.

I have like 200€/month for gambling, for me it is very much money and I just wanna have some playtime with that. But with many games that have now reduced rtp, not to mention my favourite provider play n go I nearly everytime play, and the few rewards you get, isnt fun any longer. I was happy to play free rolls after a bad session so can ,even without a reward there, play some and have some fun. I get 0 spins for Clash nearly nothing for WB and to reach level 21 i need like 20 years from now because I dont have that much budget.

TL;DR Please bring us some changes/options bonus for low roller/low budget player.

I've noticed this has become more common, and I'd suspect, less problematic.
 
Got to have another moan about clash of spins, biggest waste of space on VS, bearing in mind that it replaced the £90k weekly race,
last week got 5 crap spins, this week not a peep, If you are going to carry on with it do something to make it worthwhile or scrap it,
instead of pretending it is a viable promotion.Just find it so annoying week after week getting nothing back from it.
 
@Team.Videoslots Any updates on the deposit issue for Norwegian players? It's getting really boring having to buy paysafe cards. Pass n Go was blocked by the banks 4 weeks ago, and i have been asking live chat to look into other similar sites, like the ones Casumo and Leovegas etc use. I can deposit there just fine, but i don't want to play there.

I tried the Rapid bank transfer, but it didn't work. And i can't deposit into Neteller or Skrill if it's for gambling. I'm not gonna run all over town to buy paysafe cards, id rather just stop playing if that's the only option.

There are plenty other sites like Pass n go, Melloncards or Interonlinegifts for example, as i suggested to live chat twice, but i never hear anything back.
 
Be careful with videoslots, if you ask them why their withdrawals are slower now compared to the past, and I suggested a lock feature, now they threaten to close my account and state I have a gambling problem over this!
Stating it because I cancel withdrawals....lol I cancel them because I have 5 to 6 hrs to add to them so its one big withdrawal, not 5 little ones so I don't get a charge...wow, they really do hate winners it seems like stated by someone above.

Just click bank transfer in banking section and it opens up the options.

So you have a feature whereby you can cancel withdrawals then if the customer uses it, accuse them of having a gambling problem? Why not just not allow people to cancel a withdrawal, problem solved :)

In which case, surely, you are creating a gambling problem for people by allowing it. Just remove the ability to cancel a withdrawal or allow customers to lock the withdrawal.
 
I would imagine it's a case of applying common sense though. There's a difference between someone consistently reversing and playing funds back and someone who cancels to roll separate withdrawals into one. This is easily distinguishable.

Some people cash out some and leave a bit to play with. If they hit with what they have left and decide to withdraw again, they're hit with a £2.50 fee.

The £2.50 fee for second withdraw makes it a no brainer to roll it into one.

We do indeed offer to lock withdrawals, our Support is available 24/7 and will gladly help you perform it. Removing the possibility to cancel withdrawals feels like a nuclear option, to review and reach out if we are worried there might be an issue is how we believe the best way to handle it is.

One of the things that makes me stay at VS and not bother elsewhere these days is the fact that withdrawals are extremely quick - normally within minutes. I normally withdraw if/when I've doubled my daily deposit, that way, the rest is "play" money, and I'm not too bothered about the £2.50 charge for extra withdrawals.

Rarely, I cancel an outstanding withdrawal, but that's only if I've had another quick win and want to roll the first one into a bigger withdrawal and save myself £2.50.

However, I was unaware of a "lock" option if the payment is taking much longer than usual. Can @Team.Videoslots make the lock option more obvious - maybe state something like "if processing of your withdrawal has been delayed, you may request to lock it".

Surely something like that would help to stop the temptation if people do have a problem?
