Given that blonde was inconvenienced and should already have been paid, I dont think paying her in 5 working days is reasonable. I would say 24 hours is a more acceptable timeframe.

The timeframe is completely unacceptable though, especially for someone who has made several withdrawals already.
I was very willing to accept your word several months ago that cashout times would reduce, however they have actually increased since then so I have to question whether Vegas Regal really wants to be a cut above the rest. Unfortunately, apart from your participation in the forums, there is little else that achieves that aim. I cant speak for anyone else, but I would rather have 24-48 hours payouts with occasional 100% match bonuses (with reasonable WR and no max cashout) than lots of small freebies and big capped bonuses.
IMO your casino has had ample time to organise fast payouts and has failed to do so, which is a big disappointment for me as I had high hopes for Vegas Regal. You say there are difficulties - well Im sure there are, as with many things, but there are many casinos who have managed to pay within 24 hours from day one - and Im sure they faced similar issues, although I do know they are all well-funded, so any casino that says they can't rather than won't makes me wonder if they arent as financially stable as they should be.
Its not personal Nicolas, its just an observation that I really hoped never to make about VR and I still think you do a good job here at CM. I just feel sorry for non-CM members who dont have access to you to help them out, and have to rely on the airheads in Rival support.
About our cash out times. They may be unacceptable to you. You have every right to determine what is acceptable or not to you. But it is acceptable to a lot of players. And it isn't like we hide it. We are honest about the time we pay in. And when we bring our payout time to within acceptable time frames for you, you will always be welcome.

.Maybe this will help anyone reading these posts about the Rival casinos.
It doesn't matter what the casino SAYS ...what means anything is what is in the T&C's regardless of all the promises of a quick payout..if it shows 2-5 days (are WORKING days) in the T&C's...then just believe it. Do not expect anything different.
Casinos will say anything to get you to deposit anymore...and promises of quick payouts etc are empty promises until these terms are removed from the rules...so people...just do not expect anything other than what the terms say..that way you won't be surprised when the promises do not come through.
So remember:
1. If it says the time frame in the T&C's, do not expect anything different.
2. If promises are made for fast and quick payouts, do not believe it unless it is in writing or removed from the T&C's.
3. CS does not know everything...just what they are told to know.
4. And quit complaining until the 8th day rolls around...that will be the 5th day for the casinos...that is, if you have already been approved documentation wise, then add another day or two...so 10 days on the first withdrawal will not be unheard of..
There are so many threads on this, it has become silly to continue to post on these casinos actions...just because 1 or two casinos pay faster and are not the norm..doesn't mean anything as long as it reads in the T&C's 2-5 days and as long as you continue to deposit into them, expect this..or start talking with your money and keep walking if you do not like it...[/quote]
Stop depositing if you are not willing to wait the minimum of 8 days is all I can say..we have had tons of these posts...a little reading would help also..

Thanks for the reply, This is the first time i have had any problems with being paid. It has always went to either my bank account or my QT account anywhere from 12 hours to 2 days max. I am new to this site as I am just now seeing all of the different posts on the same subject. I am to blame, yes indeed i am for coming to this new site trying to seek out some info, my apologies for looking and asking here. Take care to all. And thanks for the help that I have been giving.

Glad to see you are back! All is good...just hang in there..Rivals have their own agenda and no one can put their finger on them as to why such a wide scale time frame for payments...sorry if it came out wrong.
Noithing was different if you ask them..it is still the 5 day rule..you were just extremely lucky with the first few ...I was seeking out new info as if and why things were different with this

Hiya: If the Casino wants to cover their Ass, in case of a chargeback, then they need to be getting extra documents, and accepting their policy, and such not, "AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT", not when you request a withdraw. Who ever heard of someone Winning money, and then doing a chargeback?
First off I would like to thank you for your post... I do appreciate all your advice. I am new to the online gambling forum world. I didnt mean I felt like crying over Vegas Regal lol. I respect what you are saying 100% as I hope to learn from it all. The reason why I started this post was because this was my 5th withdraw and all of them but this one has always been paid to me within two days, I was seeking out new info as if and why things were different with this one. I am not here to get pity from anyone it was a mere honest post about Vegas Regal Cashouts turning into a nightmares. With this being said, I sure hope all casinos get it in gear to start going in the right direction to keep their players.
