I signed up for a 100 free spin no Deposit bonus at Cryptoleo thru Chipy and played it for about 8 hours b4 completing the $4000. Play thru. Max cashout on that bonus is $50. I followed my progress throughout the night on the page that they show how much u have wagered and how much is left. When i got down to needing less than the amount I had plus the 50 I could cash out I knew I had it. There was no way to lose it. I only needed 180 and I had 230 that leaves 50 to cash out. When I knew I had already passed it I kept going down to $52and went to the progress page and saw the result. AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW $52. So I filled out the withdrawal and a came on the screen stating I must make a minimal deposit of $10 to verify my wallet address b4 the withdrawal would be allowed. That I could then turn around immediately and withdraw it and the $10 along with it if I so chose. But b4 I sent this money I wanted to have that set in stone by their live agents. So I went to one of them and asked, Other than make this deposit what else am I going to have to do to get this withdrawal. And that's when I knew there was going to be a fight. He said well i see that u have to play the wager of 40 x and then the bonus will be released. I kept getting sent to the Survey b4 any resolution. Or even a logical explanation as to how my play thru didn't actually count as a play thru. I told 3 agents over about an hour and a half how I had already completed this 40x play thru but they completely ignored that statement every time and would comment u must play the 40x play thru in order to withdrw the bonus. And I would say there's a game history. Don't u have access to it? Just go look at the history and u can see at least 3000 spins on that play thru! And they would respond with No u completed the spins now u must wager the 40x.They would totally ignore what I said about looking at the game history. Until i finally got one to admit the I was right. I told them straight up. I worked my ass off at about $7 an hour to win this bonus and it's documented and easily provable that I completed it and I am not going anywhere until I get my money. Tldr is that the OP played a nodepo, played it thru 40x already. Made a verification deposit, and now he's asked to play thru 40x the $50 winnings from wagering+$10 deposit AGAIN.
