Hi,

So as some might be aware I did start playing here and I have been in communication with @L&L-Jan in PM, He said to me that they do not request KYC until you reach 1400 in deposits. That is a LIE!

So anyway I asked Jan to enable it so I could upload my docs yesterday which I did but it still said my account was "not verified" and now today I wake up get an email asking me to verify again.

I managed a tiny withdraw to just test the withdraw times last night. And it has obviously NOT been processed because it is now asking me for KYC again.

So yeah I am done with All British, this is a disgrace and the rep lies. Sorry just being honest right now.

EDIT: And now I just spoke to live chat and they said the email and KYC email and verification was an error we can see you did the docs yesterday but your account is still unverified because they still need to check it?

So you are telling me that they are doing this? When Jan said upto 1400 in deposits?

Anyway I am done with this brand. I thought it was going to be a good brand but nope.

And of course I am going to shout from the rooftops because I have been lied to. So of course I am going to make a thread and call them out.

Jan also said to me that withdraws take minutes upto 20 minutes only time they take longer is when it is to do with KYC or when you won from a bonus.

So basically the upto 1400 in deposits is wrong and even though I uploaded ID yesterday, they have still not checked it and verified my account yet? So very very slow as well it seems.

So now I am in a long long waiting game until my account gets verified even though I was told it was not needed for the time being and even though I completed the docs yesterday.

I only did the small withdraw to test withdrawal times as well.

I mean I get some casinos take time to do ID, but they use a third party site to do the verification. They was all green ticked. So the waiting time now is because the casino have to also verify the docs. I mean how can other casinos verify accounts within minutes and yet some like this brand takes a long time?

And just as I had that email without uploading it, they sent the withdraw but still that is 16 hours I had to wait, so much for it being 20 mins. If withdraws are not within 20 mins I will not play here again.

I have been seeing this thread at the top for nearly 4 hours now and I can't help but feel that it smacks of bullying a very good Rep from a very good casino group in order to get your way.
At weekends it has always been an expectation that things are expected to be slower.
He's well known for this type of childish behaviour on the forum. Attention seeking is his forte. 😂

That is not what I was doing bud. As I said I was told by him that withdraws take less than 20 mins and I should not have needed to do my KYC but I did it anyway yesterday so I would not have any problems but that was not the case.

Jan is a great rep but when something is wrong then it needs to be addressed and of course I know it is weekend.

not sure about Card cashout, Paypal takes like 5-10mins

I have played at All British before but left after weird error messages as I was cutting amount of accounts I had at the time, sure my dad has an account too. Found it decent ("error code: panic" aside). But I've not had quick withdrawals much. Seemed a bit random the timescales but probably expected at a smaller outfit. Hope you get it sorted.

PS I just complied with the ID stuff on joining. I think it was when I asked to withdraw for the first time maybe, or on signup, can't recall which.

This is totally wrong. When something is wrong Jan will sort it out as quickly as possible. You know he's off at the weekend yet posted 4 or 5 posts when one,or two, would be sufficient. Wait until Monday and your dreams will come true!

It seems like you're inferring they're bumping the post for visibility - which is unfair. Given the number of threads posted that day, it would have remained visible regardless of how they posted.

(edit: for completeness, four threads were contributed to during that window, none of them were new)

I believe there is a "usually" missing here. If I recall correctly, Jan has mentioned they apply a couple of filters for manual review - size is the obvious one, but there is a periodic (every X withdrawals) check as well. 16 hours versus 20 minutes suggests that is what happened.

If this was a CDD request, the withdrawal would be held until the process is completed one way or another - so if they've already paid the withdrawal while asking for KYC information then the two are not linked.

Regarding the additional email, given it isn't signed by anybody I would assume it's auto-generated.

On the flip side - I highlighted an issue to Jan with the KYC page not working properly on mobile. He got his developers on it and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

Also asked him to speed along the resulting withdrawal, and it was sorted in five minutes. This was just around clocking-out time on Monday. So swings and roundabouts.

But why wait till Monday like a respectable grown up would do, when you can bully the casino into speeding up things for you by slandering them on a forum?

J*snip*t this thread.. Everyone who uses CM even a little bit knows L&L Jan is a top notch rep, even if they don't play at the said casino. If you just waited everything would be sorted. Do you REALLY need the money in your account in 20 minutes on a SUNDAY? Maybe gambling isn't for you @DreamRJ

The withdrawal wasn't processed automatically as there was a KYC journey active on the account. So withdrawal was subject to manual review. When the team reviewed the withdrawal it was processed. A second request for documents was send because our KYC tool didn't store the proof of address, so we had t to request that again.

But besides the ongoing verification process he withdrawal was processed after 13 hours which is still fine imo. Now that the customer is verified, there is no active KYC journey, withdrawal requests will be processed automatically like @justdoit said. Auto withdrawals apply for all payments methods except bank tranfer and trustly.

@DreamRJ - I guess the takeaway from this, including your recent and very similar experience with Vave casino, is that first time withdrawals can take extra time to complete, especially over the weekend.
