Vegas Regal Cash out is turning into a nightmare.

I am so frustrated and aggravated. I sure hope I post this in the correct place, forgive if it's not. I did my 5th withdraw at Vegas Regal last week. I finally received an email telling me they need other documents that I need to verify etc. I don't really understand this as my first 4 withdraws went thru without this form, anyway now they are telling me that my cash out will not hit my QT account until next Monday. What? Are you serious? What in the world is going on? Nicolas or someone please I hope you can explain the long unnecessary process that is going on here. My last withdraw to my QT account hit within 12 hours. Thanks for listening everyone!!

If that's true, I'm politely curious if Nicolas can explain why a seemingly arbitrary future day has been given for payout to be processed - there is a whole work week ahead of us - as long as accounting gets her documents, seems like - in light of your other posts in Casinomeister - it is incumbent upon your casino to expedite cash outs, and if prior cashouts were within 12 hours, why can't you do that here, as well.

Why are they asking you now for credit card forms? Have you always used credit cards?

If they didnt need the forms before, they shouldnt need them now - or if they do, it should not delay your cashout as it is not your problem of fault.

I just wanted to add I just received an email from Customer Support in which I emailed the manager and get a reply from them, anyway they told me that now my withdraw process starts as to when accounting received my documents. wow..... now I am really confused lol. Much as I hate Rival...I have to say that the reason you are suddenly being asked for a CC authorization form probably has alot to do with what has gone on with Visa and Mastercard in the last month. The casino is covering its ass, in case the CC company refuses the charges. They are making sure you will be legally bound to pay any charged back amounts. Not saying you would charge back, but your CC company very well may at some future point. If that happens, the casino/processor could be out tons of money...especially if it's a blanket occurrence.

EDITED TO ADD: Still no excuse for the "waiting" period to begin all over again however. Once they receive the authorization form, your cashout should be processed IMMEDIATELY. No more waiting.

I had forgotten about that. I think that when I used to play at the old Rivals, Pantasia etc, every time I made a withdrawal, I had to validate my credit card. Signed a form that had all my credit card charges for that casino, had to initial each charge. Was a pain but I don't remember them taking days to authorize. When they got it back, they immediately processed the withdrawal.

Yes I remember that, but I also remember them paying within 48 hours - they sent the credit card from right after the 24 hour pending period and as long as you sent it back by the next morning they would process it that day.....its a long way from asking you 4-5 days after you withdraw, and then making you wait another 4-5 days to get your cash.

Since those days, it has been sufficient for every other casino Ive played at to ask once for the form on the first withdrawal authorizing all future deposits using that card - so why do Rival have an issue all of a sudden? The customer should have been asked for this on his first withdrawal, not the sixth.

I know some are saying it could be related to the recent CC issues, but customers have the same chargeback rights as they did before the seizures so it does absolutely zero to suddenly make every player sign for their purchases - in fact, there is even legal opinion that these auth forms wouldnt last 5 minutes in court anyway - after all, what happens if you send back the form etc and the casino doesnt pay?? You still have the right to chargeback based on the service or goods not being provided.

IMO its just another way to delay payouts, otherwise these docs would be requested the minute you withdraw. The casinos know that by asking after several days means at least a 24-48 hour delay regardless of them 're-starting' the process timeframe so I cant see any other reason.

In contrast, a new RTG here asked me for my faxback the other day but my printer stuffed up so I couldnt print and sign it - and they said 'no problems just sendit when you can but we will pay you now'. Anyone see the difference here??

Thats weird because Vegas Regal is the only rival never to ask me for any documents whatsoever. I used CC's and C2P and made three or four large withdrawals and they never asked for anything. Now the withdrawal times were always close to "5 business days" which is why I stopped playing there but it is looking like all of the rivals except Sloto are pushing the 5 business day time frame.

The timeframe is completely unacceptable though, especially for someone who has made several withdrawals already.

I was very willing to accept your word several months ago that cashout times would reduce, however they have actually increased since then so I have to question whether Vegas Regal really wants to be a cut above the rest. Unfortunately, apart from your participation in the forums, there is little else that achieves that aim. I cant speak for anyone else, but I would rather have 24-48 hours payouts with occasional 100% match bonuses (with reasonable WR and no max cashout) than lots of small freebies and big capped bonuses.

IMO your casino has had ample time to organise fast payouts and has failed to do so, which is a big disappointment for me as I had high hopes for Vegas Regal. You say there are difficulties - well Im sure there are, as with many things, but there are many casinos who have managed to pay within 24 hours from day one - and Im sure they faced similar issues, although I do know they are all well-funded, so any casino that says they can't rather than won't makes me wonder if they arent as financially stable as they should be.

About our cash out times. They may be unacceptable to you. You have every right to determine what is acceptable or not to you. But it is acceptable to a lot of players. And it isn't like we hide it. We are honest about the time we pay in. And when we bring our payout time to within acceptable time frames for you, you will always be welcome.

You are absolutely right that some casinos pay in 24 hours from day 1. We didn't. Making the change involves a lot of behind the scenes issues. However, what may be 'ample time' to you, may not be the exact time frames we are looking at.

On top of this, recently we have had a lot of processing issues, which have kept us busy in just keeping up with these issues. We are easily stable, and that is exactly part of the reason we don't rush into things.

I can assure you that if we aren't working on improving, I wouldn't be representing VRC.

I have had many requests to sign a list of credit card deposits from MGS casinos when my deposits had reached a certain limit. This meant I could play for MONTHS at a time, making deposits and withdrawals; but I would hit a limit, and get a new form to sign to agree that the deposits had been correctly charged, and made by me. Normally, this process did NOT hold up the withdrawal provided I sent the form back promptly. THIS is what should happen. IF a player is ALREADY a regular player, and has made 4 withdrawals, the 5th should ALSO be paid WHILST the player is dealing with the form, OR the form should have been sent out when paying the 4th withdrawal if it was going to be needed before the 5th was paid.

There is NO NEED to WAIT in sending out the form such that it delays a player's withdrawal, even if the player sends it back immediately.

It is not just me.

A poll was taken recently at CM and 97% of voters said that any cashout time over 72 hours is unacceptable.

I can tell you from experience that some really good individual managers have come and go here representing various platforms and operations, but in the end it comes down to if you can give players what they want.....and just about everyone thinks your cashout times are bad. You say my idea of 'ample time' to get faster payouts isnt correct - well I say rubbish. Sorry. We arent talking about a few weeks here, we are talking about 6 months or more...and lets not forget the payout times are getting longer not shorter!

As for people taking heaps of freebies in a row - well IMO you would be far better off improving your deposit bonuses for regular players than keeping the freebie hunters happy (they aint the ones who are gonna keep your casino going). In fact, its kinda annoying that you even have max cashouts on 50% match bonuses (with a 25xDB still non-cashable) for people that actually want to risk their own money, but are happy to give players who dont want to deposit huge amounts of consecutive freebies! It doesnt make sense to me.

Why are MG casinos so popular? Well they dont give many freebies away, and when they do they have the same WR as any other bonus and dont have any max cashouts. Also, they dont send out heaps of match bonuses every week, but when they do the WR is the same and no max cashout. In addition to that, they have free tourneys and the vast majority will pay within 48 hours in full.

Now, if I were a casino manager using another platform I would be thinking "Geez we gotta do what these guys do - it is a proven winner!" However, you seem to be doing everything to the contrary . Again, it doesnt make sense.

My view is that sticking with your current direction is going to be very bad for your business and brand, but lets allow time to reveal who is right.

Maybe this will help anyone reading these posts about the Rival casinos.

It doesn't matter what the casino SAYS ...what means anything is what is in the T&C's regardless of all the promises of a quick payout..if it shows 2-5 days (are WORKING days) in the T&C's...then just believe it. Do not expect anything different.

Casinos will say anything to get you to deposit anymore...and promises of quick payouts etc are empty promises until these terms are removed from the rules...so people...just do not expect anything other than what the terms say..that way you won't be surprised when the promises do not come through.

So remember:
1. If it says the time frame in the T&C's, do not expect anything different.
2. If promises are made for fast and quick payouts, do not believe it unless it is in writing or removed from the T&C's.
3. CS does not know everything...just what they are told to know.
4. And quit complaining until the 8th day rolls around...that will be the 5th day for the casinos...that is, if you have already been approved documentation wise, then add another day or two...so 10 days on the first withdrawal will not be unheard of..

There are so many threads on this, it has become silly to continue to post on these casinos actions...just because 1 or two casinos pay faster and are not the norm..doesn't mean anything as long as it reads in the T&C's 2-5 days and as long as you continue to deposit into them, expect this..or start talking with your money and keep walking if you do not like it...[/quote]

Don't give up just yet....I've been gambling online for 10 years and found this site a couple of years ago. Some people have just become more cynical with all the recent events. All input is needed to make this forum effective. Your voice matters.....everyone's does. Especially since you are new. Please keep in mind, we all feel like we have been blasted at one time or another when that was not the intention in the first place, because not everyone sees things the same, but we stick around or return after cooling off and keep plugging along as we find that so many here whether they strike a nerve or not, all have valuable insight to offer. So don't be so easily offended, it will only deprive you of some great friends, great people to banter with and the best sight you'll find anywhere.
I have found that even the people that say things I don't agree with or wanted to hear have very good things to say and when emotions are gotten out of the way, then we learn from each and everyone here.
Plus, unless a casino has a bad rep for not paying, there's no need to worry unless you have overdrawn yourself and need to replace what you played right away, then you can worry, but to the point, they all pay, not all at the same time, but they do pay. So when playing, just make sure that getting winnings is not a lifeline to keep you afloat, it's just a plus and all good things comes to those who wait.

I don't think it's player's doing chargebacks that concern the casinos. More like banks refusing to honor payments and thats a whole different can of worms. big can.

I inquired about my issue with Nicolas, and I will for sure have it on Monday. There was a little issue and he was very sincere, apologized more than once and put a little something in my account. For that I am ok, as Nicolas promised this wont happen again. yes I get frustrated but when i sit here and think about it, He does always try his hardest to solve the issue and makes it right. I will wait and look forward to the updates as Nicolas stated early on about getting the cash outs faster to us and etc. I might add that my title to this post might be a little harsh....
