Slow Pay Vegas Amped Casino the Prize is not paid 30 days!!!

Hi all.
My situation :
I was registered on link from another site in casino Vegas Amped
Has satisfied all conditions on wager, has made the deposit 25$ and 27.08.2011 has ordered withdrawal 100$ (it agree rules).
Has passed five working days, but a prize to me has not been paid.
I have contacted support and they have answered me, that everything is all right and money will arrive very soon, and particularly maximum to 09,09,2011 (it was already next Friday.)
I have told:-was good, I will wait.
But next Friday (there have passed 10 working days) means again have not paid...
I have again contacted support and they have apologised and have told, that at them any problems (which they do not wish to speak) and the prize will be paid in any case next week.
Now The fifth week comes to an end!!! and I have again written them the letter.
Here that they have answered me:
"Following up on your email.
We are sorry to inform you that the delay on pending withdrawals is
taking longer than expected.
However, we are working to resolve this and process your withdrawal as
soon as possible.
You can rest assured that you will receive your winnings.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further questions, please
DO NOT hesitate to contact us again.
Have a nice day.

Problem in that that similar email they have sent to me and in the end of last week.
I repeatedly communicated in a chat with operators. They spoke that money will arrive very soon.
From the moment of inquiry me of withdrawal there have passed 30 DAYS!!!
Who knows about the given problem?
Can you help me ?

At me too now a problem with withdrawal of a prize from group Betcave casino: Vegas Amped Casino.
I waited for payment three weeks and support spoke that at them any problems and they will necessarily pay. In three weeks my money (a prize + my deposit) has returned into the account without an explanation of the reasons.
I have again made inquiry about withdrawal, and it is in status Reversible four days!
email support does not answer mine.
In total I wait for payment a MONTH!!!
Who can help?

Vegas Amped dont pay my prize

Hello dear participants of a forum.
Concerning my situation with a delay of payment of my prize in casino Vegas Amped.
Today they have again cancelled my inquiry about withdrawal and have left on mine to the account only my deposit 25$. 75$ they have simply removed my prize without an explanation of the reasons!!!
Who can help with the decision of the given problem?

Your account was locked by Rival because they detected that you had "multiple linked accounts"
When this happens, Rival refunds deposits and closes the duplicate accounts.

I'm sorry, but I personally can not help you any further with your case.

I have received from them the same answer.
Only there it is spoken that they refuse to me in payment because at me multiple accounts in other casinos!
I do not know anything concerning these multiple linked accounts.
Probably because I live in apartment which surrenders in the rent?
In any case I consider, that they are wrong.
They do not write that at me multiple accounts in Vegas Amped Casino!!!
They simply write about any other casinos and thus do not result any, I underline ANY proofs!!!
And so it is possible to accuse everybody. Without proofs.
In any case I hope players will reflect before to play the given casino.

As usual, KK is helpful though the result is not what the op hoped for. The term 'multiple accounts' is used often but unless the player had used the same bonuses what is the problem with it. One might have forgotten he had an old dormant account so the casinos should really come clean on this instead of using it as an excuse not to pay. Simply stating this in the terms and conditions does not suffice. I understand Bryan might be asking along these lines at the coming EIG conference and I hope casinos have the common sense to tackle this heads-on.

These are 100 %.
And I similar to it never used a bonus.
I was more revolted with those that they have not paid having told that I in other casinos from Rival have accounts! What they there it should be unimportant.
I never faced the reason on which pay because I have accounts in other casinos for the reason that they on same soft.
Never. In Microgaming Playtech and RTG.

Now I wish to add still.
They have not returned my deposit in a current of five working days!
They cannot execute even the elementary rules.
After all not I have thought up them.
Besides that have not paid a prize.
They cannot return now in time MY MONEY yet!!!!
Be attentive to the given casino!
