RTG’s Club Sparky payment delay 2 months!!

First time long time. First time posting long time playing.
To the forum family,
I am seeking some constructive advice and suggestions on how to go about getting my winnings from an online casino please 🙏
Please don’t criticise me or my situation. If you can’t help then please don’t comment.
The amount in question is quite substantial.. total of $72 650. Won at RTG casino Club Sparky. I used a no play through no max withdrawal bonus. I am allowed to withdraw $5000 every 7 rolling days. The site’s ts and cs say the withdrawal will be assessed within 3 business days and processed within 5 business day’s. I received the first 4 x 5k amounts almost like clockwork and then everything STOPPED! I have not received anything since the 18th of October and there is 10x pending withdrawals ( 2.5k each) just sitting stagnant in my account. I have tried emailing and live chat but can’t get an answer as to why the hold up or a possible timeframe to expect the payment, NOTHING!
I still have a total of approximately $50k in winnings left to withdraw and receive. I believe I have done everything correctly and adhered to the site’s rules etc
I’m sure this has happened before so I’m hoping to hear some ideas/ suggestions that may have helped others in a similar situation. Thanks in advance for any help/ ideas given.
 
Unfortunately this looks like an unlicensed casino that has gone out of its way to be unapproachable. No license info on the site, no contact info, nothing about ownership or the operators. That's all bad news I'm afraid, especially when it comes to trying to get them to resolve a player issue.

You might want to contact @KasinoKing here on the forums. He might drop by here or maybe you can send him a Private Message. IIRC he has some contact with RTG casinos and might be able to help. No promises though, just a long shot, but maybe better than nothing.

Hi ok thank you for your reply, any help is greatly appreciated. Since posting my complaint there has been some activity on my casino account, they have approved another payment of $2500. That’s one of the 10 payments that are pending, so there’s 9 payments pending still and $27k still in my casino balance that I’ve yet to withdraw. I tried leaving the account alone for a week as in not logging in to check daily.
Club Sparky was an upgrade from Velvet Spins. It was an automatic change that I had no choice in. I’ve attached screenshots of the original email I was sent advising me of this. I’ve played there for years but never had any issues but also never a withdrawal worth this much.
I will take your advice and try to contact the member you mentioned.
