RTG’s Club Sparky payment delay 2 months!!

First time long time. First time posting long time playing.
To the forum family,
I am seeking some constructive advice and suggestions on how to go about getting my winnings from an online casino please ?
Please don’t criticise me or my situation. If you can’t help then please don’t comment.
The amount in question is quite substantial.. total of $72 650. Won at RTG casino Club Sparky. I used a no play through no max withdrawal bonus. I am allowed to withdraw $5000 every 7 rolling days. The site’s ts and cs say the withdrawal will be assessed within 3 business days and processed within 5 business day’s. I received the first 4 x 5k amounts almost like clockwork and then everything STOPPED! I have not received anything since the 18th of October and there is 10x pending withdrawals ( 2.5k each) just sitting stagnant in my account. I have tried emailing and live chat but can’t get an answer as to why the hold up or a possible timeframe to expect the payment, NOTHING!
I still have a total of approximately $50k in winnings left to withdraw and receive. I believe I have done everything correctly and adhered to the site’s rules etc
I’m sure this has happened before so I’m hoping to hear some ideas/ suggestions that may have helped others in a similar situation. Thanks in advance for any help/ ideas given.

Unfortunately this looks like an unlicensed casino that has gone out of its way to be unapproachable. No license info on the site, no contact info, nothing about ownership or the operators. That's all bad news I'm afraid, especially when it comes to trying to get them to resolve a player issue.

You might want to contact @KasinoKing here on the forums. He might drop by here or maybe you can send him a Private Message. IIRC he has some contact with RTG casinos and might be able to help. No promises though, just a long shot, but maybe better than nothing.

Hi ok thank you for your reply, any help is greatly appreciated. Since posting my complaint there has been some activity on my casino account, they have approved another payment of $2500. That’s one of the 10 payments that are pending, so there’s 9 payments pending still and $27k still in my casino balance that I’ve yet to withdraw. I tried leaving the account alone for a week as in not logging in to check daily.
Club Sparky was an upgrade from Velvet Spins. It was an automatic change that I had no choice in. I’ve attached screenshots of the original email I was sent advising me of this. I’ve played there for years but never had any issues but also never a withdrawal worth this much.
I will take your advice and try to contact the member you mentioned.

THE END OF THE STORY..!
Ok so I’ve been locked out of my account at Club Sparky with them still owing me $45,000!!
Cannot log in to either their site or through inclave. As previously mentioned the payments were consistent and prompt to begin with then they stopped and went from $5k per 7 rolling days to $2.5k per calendar month! They downgraded my player status to below zero thus creating the payout schedule. All of this was done with no notifications from them, my emails unanswered or filled with repeated generic responses and my queries in chat provided little to no useful information before being told to email them. I have exhausted all the options I have, I don’t believe there is anything else I can do unfortunately. ? the money was very much needed, I’m completely devastated. I have learned a hard valuable lesson and I write this in the hope of deterring anyone else from playing there and encourage others to educate themselves more than I did before donating your hard earned $$.
Would my fellow punters and gambling community help my family and myself with a donation if a go fund me was set up please?

Interesting reading this whole Club Sparky thing, yep were Velvet spins, and 777 before that, and I have had the same exprience with them over $56 when it was 777. Funnily enough Ive since won a couple of times at Club Sparky and been paid faster than expected ~ the SMS texts from Club Sparky now direct me to Digits7 casino ~ had a win off the intro email, havent given them a cent, signed in via inclave and did the 60x PT, and won 36k over and above , knowing id never get it, eventually I oput in a withdrawal for a $100 (their minimum), it got approved. . . . .waiting now 2 weeks, theyve credited it back into my playing account ~ Theyre exactly the same setuo and staff and attitude and no licence to be found as 777, they obviously run until they bleed it dry and have the next ready to go with a brand change,
Just for the record, asking for a GO FUND ME PAGE, was one of the worst ideas Ive ever seen here. Every gambler has a sad story (daily) atleast you got $22.5k probably more than most punters have from pokies ~ did you go donate any of the first 20k you got to anywhere aside from another pokie provider? asking for advice is one thing begging is another. Im just saying that as advice mate nothing personal, I wish you all the best. But asking a punter for money is like asking a smoker for oxygen, know what I mean.
