I recently played on incognito casino and deposited €100 which then they gave me another €100 bonus funds so I was buying features above €5 with that went up to around €1200 then started playing with higher buy features went over €4000 all the money went into my bonus amount then eventually into playable/withdrawal amount and I did so withdraw it and within two days they emailed me this

After reviewing your gameplay our Security Team has detected that you have made bets above 5 EUR/USD(maximum allowed as per T&C) with bonus funds which is against our Bonus Terms and Conditions and your winnings have been voided.

Please note that Incognito Casino reserves the right to revoke any bonus funds and winnings if any terms listed in our Bonus Terms and Conditions or General Terms and Conditions are breached.

More details can be found here –

As a one-time exception, we have recredited the initial bonus amount back to your account.”

Now I’m in a predicament with no funds as I over spent as I was expecting a decent amount of money anyone have any ideas how to help please

Sadly this is some unlicensed Costa Rica clip joint that shouldn't take UK or US players but happily does.

It's a scam site, along with associated ones SlotMonster, TG Casino, SkyHills Casino, WSM Casino and Crashino.

Avoid them all.

Scam is probably a strong word. There are some players on the forum who have had good experiences with the MIBS contingent. I like to reserve scam for the casinos where there is 0% chance of getting money. Unfortunately it seems like alot of "meh" casinos are doing the UK costa rica swap.

However, with regards to this post specifically it doesn't matter who the casino is or where it was licenced. The player is in the wrong and deserved to have his winnings taken. Not to mention a lot of casinos wouldn't have even given him another go with bonus money.

I do still think UK players should be dissuaded from playing on sites that do a costa rica switcharoo but I think the main takeaway for the OP is to read the terms of offers and adhere to the max bet. Doing bonus buys with a bonus balance will get your winnings voided at 99% of casinos.

In my book, if a casino is willing to take unlicensed play as a general policy then it's being run by scammers. Irrespective of whether player A or B has been paid in the past.

I agree though that the player violated terms which any casino in the legitimate category would have called them out on.

Aye, I think it's just a case of me (slightly pointlessly) arguing semantics here.

I consider taking unlicenced play rogue behaviour by a rogue operator and reserve the term scam and scammers for stuff like this and this where the only point of the website is to steal from people under false pretenses.

One thing is clear though, the new curacao licencing regime does not give a rat's arse about this sort of rogue behaviour as countless examples already successfully went through the application process including this very casino.

It’s not a scam at all

This casino site is illegal and its licence is under a buy and sell site what does that tell you
