My situation :
I was registered on link from another site in casino Vegas Amped
Has satisfied all conditions on wager, has made the deposit 25$ and 27.08.2011 has ordered withdrawal 100$ (it agree rules).
Has passed five working days, but a prize to me has not been paid.
I have contacted support and they have answered me, that everything is all right and money will arrive very soon, and particularly maximum to 09,09,2011 (it was already next Friday.)
I have told:-was good, I will wait.
But next Friday (there have passed 10 working days) means again have not paid...
I have again contacted support and they have apologised and have told, that at them any problems (which they do not wish to speak) and the prize will be paid in any case next week.
Now The fifth week comes to an end!!! and I have again written them the letter.
Here that they have answered me:
"Following up on your email.
We are sorry to inform you that the delay on pending withdrawals is
taking longer than expected.
However, we are working to resolve this and process your withdrawal as
soon as possible.
You can rest assured that you will receive your winnings.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further questions, please
DO NOT hesitate to contact us again.

Problem in that that similar email they have sent to me and in the end of last week.
I repeatedly communicated in a chat with operators. They spoke that money will arrive very soon.
From the moment of inquiry me of withdrawal there have passed 30 DAYS!!!
Who knows about the given problem?
Can you help me ?
