Hello, first time making a thread here, so please bare with me. ?
So, i've been using playojo for the better part of a couple years... and although they have ALWAYS been extremely slow with payments.. i've put up with it because at least they eventually did pay. But lately, maybe because of the holidays, they've not been approving withdrawals for days it seems. Also, there's been multiple bonus's i've claimed; in which i'm supposed to receive "x" amount of spins now, and the rest the next day.. only to login the following day and receive nothing. Or if i do, it's the wrong amount of spins on a totally different game. The one most recently, was play 100 spins on Thor, and receive 10 free spins. I completed the 100 spins, easily.. and still, no free spins. And today, trying to claim their advent calendar, and all i get is "an error occurred while processing your request". Which happens, i get it. But i've emailed playojo multiple times, and tried their joke of a support live AI chat. None of which have i ever gotten a response on...
PlayOjo, Can you please give your support some much needed attention?
Also, P.S.. if you guys would process withdrawals faster, without a doubt, i would be playing solely at your casino. But because i don't want to wait upwards of a WEEK to get my winnings most times, i gamble elsewhere.
