Bonus Complaint Huff N Lots Of Puff - Hit £37.5k Super Jackpot but Error?

HI guys,

Sorry first time posting here but I can't find any other decent forums to ask for help.

About 30 mins ago I was playing Huff N Lots Of Puff (the newest game I believe) - I hit the Wheel Feature and spun and it landed on Super Jackpot (£37.5k).

After a few seconds when the feature resolved it put me into the Hard Hat bonus game and I did not get paid the Super Jackpot.

TL;DR: Played Huff N Lots Of Puff, hit the Super Jackpot on the Wheel Spin feature, gave me the Hard Hat game instead of Super Jackpot.

Any ideas why this may have happened?

Edit: I have read the rules and apologies if I break any rules in this thread, I have tried to find the casino rep for Sky Vegas on the list of reps but could not find one and understand I need to notify the webmasters in my initial post.

I believe it's the latest version of Huff N Puff. It was on Sky Vegas, I have contacted support who have forwarded it to the game developers.

Wheel graphic could have bugged and shown you the wrong thing while the game logic played what it actually 'saw' which was the hat feature was won.

Did you take an screenshots or anything?

No screenshots unfortunately which I am kicking myself for. I usually record those bonus games just incase something like this happens...

I've had this wheel spin feature so many times though and it has never done this. A strange coincidence it is when I hit the super jackpot... :')

Sky Vegas, and in no way am I bashing them... they have been great so far. I've withdrew about £10k so far with no issues whatsoever.

It's just a really unfortunate situation... really worried it was a visual glitch and would they even have any way of tracking visual glitches? Why a visual glitch only when it landed on Super Jackpot and never a visual glitch on the other 10 times I've hit the wheel feature?

Hurts more than when I only won £1.5k on a full page of super mansions lol

Your only hope is speaking with Sky Vegas directly but if the game win doesn't show a jackpot feature was won and you've not even got a screenshot as much as it really sucks to say I don't see what chance you have of seeing that money.


Does the game have a replay feature? Are you able to see the spin again in any way?

Unfortunately, it does seem to have the classic, disc reel display type bug that maybe glitched while it span, I used to have a Lappy that had some out of date GFX card drivers that would always glitch out on a game like that, and had a jackpot wheel on VS do exactly the same it said I won the jackpot! Spoiler…… I didn’t.

Because of it having many “frames” to display if your cpu/gpu is busy even for a fraction of a sec etc it can make those type of wheels display incorrectly eg a lag so they not as far round as the software thinks etc. visually showing a different position to its real position.

Obviously I don’t know for sure and this might not be what you possibly saw at all, but generally the backend of the game will always know the true win, and by the sounds of it in this case it was the hat feature really, which is why it awarded it.

Without any kind of screenshots or screen recording your probably going to find it hard for them to investigate in any real detail, but they have stuff like this covered in T&C’s

Out of interest what stake was you on?

I feel for ya, it sucks, but don’t know what else to say other than try and speak to sky support.
