Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

Hey all (consolidating a few replies from a few threads here),

Just dropping in to explain the ghosting.
It's Christmas, so I'm taking this time to spend it with my family - so unfortunately, I'm not as glued to my phone as I usually am :laugh:

I'll be back in the office on 06/01/2020 to help out however I can.

@steveh35 , if you would like your delayed withdrawal looked at by me, you can always just drop me a PM.

@bruinsdude , I will drop you a PM once I have an update, as it has been the holidays, issues like this take a little longer to fix. Thanks for the patience.

Thank you, trying to do exactly that. :)

Bryan is looking at overhauling the entire Accreditation scoring and obviously Trada is part of that. I'm not aware of what timeframe he has in mind for this but it's a non-trivial effort so ... let's just say it'll be done when it's done.

Of course this will be a huge process to overhaul the whole accredited section and that will take whatever time it takes.

However all that is needed in the interim is a "under review due to new platform "note against trada who have one of the highest scores on here and to leave that with no comment just feels wrong.
 
As a member of Casinomeister I think its misleading to leave Trada with 9.8 score. It should be removed entirely and state temporarily removed to being reviewed. I recommend Casinomeister to friends and for them to see Trada under current rating is very dishonest. It should be removed ASAP not fair to those who are new members joining for the first time
 
I must agree, I know Bryan put the warning on, but also said they are still a great casino. Sorry, but they aren't, and the recent posts here more than prove that.
Personally I don't think they deserve 7.8 let alone 9.8 at the moment. I know Conor said they will improve some things, but the review should reflect them now, not 2 months ago when they were a good casino. If (and I have my doubts they will) they improve in the coming months the review can always be revisited.
 
@Conor@Trada I requested a copy of my data from Trada on 15th of Oct. It was completely ignored. I emailed Trada to ask what happened at the end of Nov, and got a reply on the 30th of Nov telling me this has been escalated to management and would be replied to with urgency. Here were are over 1 month later. Still no reply.

You were supposed to get that data to me within 1 month. You failed to do so. You even failed to get me that data 1 month after I reported to you that you failed to get it to me within a month.

Is it a SAR you requested? If the information you want was before they migrated then I would think you need to go to Trada, certainly if you didn't migrate your account over. If after, most the account information should have been sent to Aspire, and you can ask them.

It was, yeah. The data was before and requested before they moved over to aspire. Just completely ignored it like they have been most of my emails for months.

Never understood the ratings Trada gets on here. I personally find their customer service is very poor, and they ignore UK regulations. They act very differently on here compared to via email. Alot of hostility, denial and ignoring when contacting them via email. An email I sent them months ago alerting them they were ignoring regulations by allowing me to gamble without being verified turned into them accusing me of exploiting loopholes to gain a refund. I never asked for a refund, and just wanted them to acknowledge their mistake. They just would not do it, and then started to completely ignore me. When brought up on here, they would not publicly comment. Presumably because they know they are wrong. Of course mistakes happen, but the way they approached this issue suggests they do not care at all about regulations. Just full denial and making up their own regulations.

A good first step, but you should also move them down in the list. Readers will think the X.X is an error when it is still on top.

I'm sure Bryan commented on why VS's weren't in the top 3 a few months ago, but for the life of me I can't remember what was said.
he truly isnt the scary, unapproacheable man people think he is; pm or better, flag him, if in question :)

That all depends who you ask. Conor says no need to re-verify etc, though CS had a different set of information for me. I assume you will get hit with a verification request, only to PM Conor to make it go away, or something along those lines. I personally will not chance it. Had my three contacts with CS at Aspire, and was floored as to what I was told so good luck and please report back if you do go down that road, I would love to know the answer. I found it too risky to find out for myself.

I have heard that alot from people I have spoke to about Trada. A common theme is their customer service being very rude. it's a very poor way to conduct their business. Nice in public but rather hostile in private.
 
I had one brief dalliance with Trada's CS. Seemed helpful enough, though the task at hand wasn't exactly 'challenging' :eek2:

As much as I dread Trada's impending change, attributing generalized characteristics to CS in individual casinos is pointless, as someone could be brilliantly-trained and knowledgeable, but still be a rude twit.

OR get someone in CS who can't even find the staff toilets but is brilliantly helpful. So if anything, as people are people, and you never quite know what you're going to get, I've yet to see one casino have much better CS than another. It's a roll of the dice :cool:
 
Cant say I ever had a single bad CS experience at 32 Red/Roxy Palace in all my years of playing there. If the rep didn't know the answer, they would strive to find the answer. Maybe 2020 is the year I go back to MG Standalone casinos, and forget everything ive learned about megaways slots and the thousands of other slots I have spoiled myself with these past couple years. Simpler, yet happier times. You always knew what to expect. I just wish the MG game developers would be freed from whatever hostage situation they got themselves in....hasn't been a decent MG title since around the time Bridesmaids broke MG.

I just logged in as normal, refreshed page et al, the scores remain!

Try holding Shift and refreshing the page at the same time.

It could also be that you're behind a transparent proxy, in which case it'll take a while for the update to be visible your side.
