1. My biggest concern, What’s happening to your amazing live help staff? There is no one as helpful or as welcoming as Cleo and the rest of her team.
If you’ve had to let them go you better have thrown a super Massive party for them.
In fact, they should become consultants to other casinos on how to get the best out of your love support staff.
2. With a massive pending period, can you not push AG to add a lock feature?
3. Were you generous enough to remove the bonus bans most of us here have managed to gather in the last 12 months before migration? Will the still stand?

I am surprised you have gone with the same template as all other 50+ AG sites. As @Supababe says some further customization needed.

The "Winners" list on the front page are not from Trada, they are from all other casinos in the group which is a bit misleading.

The max £3.99 spin, that's an odd figure to exist in t&c?

The link to game contributions on the bonus page doesn't exist. Players really do need to know that majority of games only contribute 50% (or less) to wagering.

I think given the amount of issues and coupled with the bad reputation AG hold, Trada should, at the earliest opportunity be looking at moving to a new platform.

There is some fantastic people at Trada, people that will bend over backwards to help you out. I think, given Trada’s excellent history and form we need to show them support and time to address all these issues.

Well this is interesting. I made a withdrawal for over $2000 on the old website yesterday, and had $500 left in my account. Then the maintenance occurred until I was able to login today. Now I logged in to the new website, and my account has no record of my withdrawal, and my $500 has turned into $600 with a $2500 wagering requirement (apparently a $100 bonus was randomly added to my account?). TBH, it makes me wanna puke just to look at an Aspire templated site. Personally, I don't think there is a more deceiving casino operator than Aspire.

- Convoluted terms where you can bet your last shirt that they have people employed just to go through your play logs to find the smallest of infringements.
- Splattering the Neo Games into your face when they know that those have some of the lowest RTPs, again ripping an inexperienced player off.
- The winners' bar is yet another misleading con. It gives the impression people are winning thousands all the time.
- No sorting options whatsoever for slots
- The Deposit Method pages still looks like a 5-year old made it.
- Atrocious pending periods
- Atrocious bonus terms
- Atrocious max bet settings. Now you need to calculate before every spin whether you can still carry on with the same bet size.
- Welcome bonus restricted to one Aspire operated brand
- .......List by far not complete.

....phew, the bucket is full.

The Trada crew has some serious work ahead of them if they want to still stand out as a highly reputable casino. If not they will drown in the usual Aspire swamp of irrelevant sites that will never be the first choice for your next deposit.

I'm crushed. The site barely works, no sorting of the slots in any way that makes sense, half my Pragmatic games are gone, the "new" providers pop up with a message that you are leaving maltese jurisdiction, then "Server Error" and "Invalid player token"
