Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

The only thing that has irked me through all of this, is no new releases at Trada for the better part of a month leading up to the switch. And what do the loyal customers who have been patient through the migration get? The Thursday loyalty bonus unceremoniously yanked, replaced with nothing for this week. Trying to stay optimistic, but it doesn't seem like the right situation to decide NOT to reward players through the pains of the upcoming switch. Seems off to me.

However, the above quote is worrysome, as iirc all games apart from Aspire's own 80-90% RTP trash games contributes only 50%.

This makes 20-25x wagering effectively 40-50x, with reduced RTP.

This is a term I will never get used to - Basically All slots contribute to 50% towards wagering except for NeoGames provider - Fruity Friends and the likes arrrggg. At least its slightly lower as all other Aspire casinos has x35 bonus amount which in essence is x70 - reminds me of Casino Room which had x75, however they lowered it now to x30 bonus amount recently.

48 hours max withdrawal time frames - I dont like this.

Not to forget, Fruity Friends and many other Neo slots have an RTP of 93% or thereabouts.

So, WRs are becoming virtually unbeatable.

Which is why I play raw only and no more bonuses, unless it has ax10 wager attached etc.
I never knew Neoslots were that low actually - The base game seems to do its thing actually nicely, however trigger the bonus game on any of their slots take forever and hardly product x50 wins.

yes, I cleared the cache and its working again now, but it was only Chrome, didn't do it on mobile or anything. I haven't been onto hopa for years and have cleared cache/cookies numerous times since then so can't have been a rogue cookie or anything causing it, plus the fact it was stating you were the referrer pretty much excludes a local problem.

Cheers mate,

I checked on my side and I can't seem to replicate it. Fresh browser too. I have our team working on it now too to see what's what to ensure we're not redirecting to any casino!

Tried it on chrome mobile and got this too:

Thanks guys, we think this is something to do with the redirects we implemented today for the new site - as the new TradaCasino environment technically doesn't exist yet they are somehow pointing in the wrong direction.

The Aspire migration starts in a few hours so this will be resolved once we're connected up to their systems.

Apparently it's a simple fix but we can't issue it now as we're too close to the deadline - but I do appreciate you all bringing it to our attention,

Rachel.

It looks to me like its reading the cookie and applying a redirect to existing customers (or people who have visited before), to hopa with a referral tag of trada, yet brand new customers are being sent to the existing trada site. If you aren't doing it, then its happening on aspire's side, which seems very sneaky, any customer trying to play tonight will be sent to Hopa and get hit in the face with a massive sign up bonus banner. I would edit your htaccess file to stop it happening short term till you change over.

I’m guessing it’s not gone quite to plan. How’s about a freebie as recompense for the downtime? ;)

Ha very true, a few minor issues this afternoon did put us on the back foot - but we’re almost there.

The complexity of these migrations often result in delays, and we had really hoped to avoid that, however that is the nature of the beast!

Pariplay, Aspire and Trada have been working since the early hours to get everything right & we all really appreciate your patience and understanding so far.

I’ll update you soon,

Rachel.

Wish you the best of luck with the migration, not an easy task! :)

Closed my Trada account yesterday with live chat. Been a great experience over the years, lots of DoA wildlines and was always my NetEnt casino of choice for low rolling. Every withdrawal was quick and often received freebies by e-mail for my loyalty.

I agree with Nicola, although I haven't played there much, I have done more over the last few weeks than I did for a couple of years, sinply because the problems were fixed and the games were increased, Massive shame to see them move to AG and all the negative changes that will happen, but I wish them all the best and hope it works out for them.
