Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

Just to chime in, trada should be going on fast track BBF, but clearly should be stripped of top spot, a new platform is a new start etc etc sorry Conor & Rachael but you should be taking this on the chin I understand what max & a few others have said but really this should of been done when they knew they was changing platform.

As I believe I've mentioned several times now, it's not difficult to do but the guy who is in charge of doing it -- Bryan -- is more or less off the grid at the moment. He will return shortly and work on this will proceed. We're discussing interim measures internally ATM.

Ok, managed to ping the boss and he's confirmed that Trada review and ranking will be revisited early/middle next week when he is back on the grid. Not ideal obviously but we're making the best of a tricky situation here.

I should add that the Trada team had come to us asking to have a BBF re-do or some such. Obviously they've been listening to people's concerns that something of that nature should be done.

Have to share a positive here, also a good sign of promises made coming good already :thumbsup:

AG removed Immortal Romance across their brands, it was considered a high risk to them, Trada already moved away from that general business decision, good on you guys!

We will be launching the remainder of our game providers in the coming weeks, we're just awaiting for Aspire to tick some boxes and make them available to us again :)

I've played last week with no bonus. didnt enjoy my experience that much. nothing special in the casino, nothing to make a difference from others , boring platform but I've thought with bonus money I might give it another try. and now that I remember those crappy rules back when I was playing on those casinos and didnt like it then , dont like it now either.
 
The wagering thing, while out of Trada’s control, really is bad. There can be no excuse for “25x wagering except as the majority of slots are 50% it’s actually 50x”. That’s a matter for the ASA/UKGC - it’s an unfair and misleading description.

If Aspire want high wagering, then they should be honest about it.

e.g. all bonuses are 50x wagering.

Simplify it and make everyone happier. If you don’t want to risk a win because of high wagering,much easier to choose to reject it. Don’t make the promotion seem better value than it is.

No to forget the cheeky bet limits: "cannot place bets equal or higher than EUR/GBP4 or 15% of the bonus amount". The perfect trap for unsuspecting players. :rolleyes:

We have instructed them to change this terminology already and from what I have found on site, it has been done :)
The term now reads, cannot place bets higher than GBP3.99.

We're aware of this thread on Casinogrounds, and Rachel and I did reach out to him yesterday to try and help.
Unfortunately, this player did not send on any details for us to even begin helping him.

The only instance a withdrawal may be delayed is due to a documents request.

@Conor@Trada Been trying the site, trying to love it, running into one issue I was hoping you could look into. I love that Red Tiger games are available, but each time I try to play one on the new Trada site, there is a 5 to 10 second runoff before the cash bet is taken from the balance, and the spin begins. This is on EVERY spin. I gave it some time in case the servers were wonky at the time, however this appears to be the norm. Not sure if the issue lies in the setting, my location, or the fact that I am constantly exiting maltese jurisdiction or something when I pick a game. Seems there is an intentional delay somewhere before allowing each and every bet. This also applies to the ability to hold down the space bar for "rapid" spins. It does take, but not before the aforementioned 5 to 10 second clock runoff. This will sadly be a dealbreaker for me. Tried the same games at a different site or two, and the issue only appears to be with Trada at the moment. The other providers all seem to work easy peasy.

I'll get this looked into ASAP. It sounds like an issue we had when we first tested the site so hopefully it is an easy fix for them!

All respect to trada and the attentive and awesome staff.
Sadly this will only go one way despite the reps best efforts.
Nobody with any sense will want to play under a aspire casino and for good reason.
Also the review of trada and rating needs to change no matter what the past efforts have been.
This is supposed to be a site for the player not the casino and the relationship it has with CM.
Blurred lines a bit if I’m honest on this one.
I do however wish trada and its great staff luck and all the best in future endeavours.
 
Just logged on to trada in the reason of fairness.
Was greeted by ‘ accept the global terms’
Then a lovely pop up of the oh so popular and player loved favourite ‘fruity friends’
Just isn’t the same trada, sorry guys not for me .

This issue is due to be fixed this month with an upgrade to the existing CDN :)
The upgrade is due to take place on the 17th.

Im intrigued to see the outcome as it reflects on the validity of my beloved CM reviews, as a player.

Bring on the abuse but dont know how you can compare Trada to Videoslots.

The only similarity for me is the reduction of RTP.

Customer service, Bonus rules, payouts and terms and conditions plus rewards do not even come close to comparison for me.

Honourable mention to Conor as always. Nothing personal. I would employ him if i ran a casino. Not sure he would work for me though ;p

At the moment, I am re-evaluating Trada Casino since they have moved to another software platform. I am on the road at the moment, well – technically at a beach, and will get right to this upon my return.

So caveat, some of the information here might be outdated, BUT they are still an amazing operation. If you have any doubts, just ask our forum members.
