Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

It is a shame about all the negative aspects of this thread as today i received a 100% bonus offer from Trada up to £500 which could actually be claimed four times meaning £2000 in bonus cash is up for grabs.With so few decent offers around now i would normally have bitten their hand off,especially as it is a parachute bonus,but now don't feel comfortable about risking a deposit in case there are potential problems if i managed to achieve a cash out.

What is the wagering on the offer though? With so many games excluded and the 50% contribution, my guess you will still be wagering up to Easter!

It is the usual long list of Netent games that only contribute 50% plus a few at 0% but the wagering is only 35x the bonus amount and as it is effectively 'free' money still makes it decent in my opinion.

David, it's still a UKGC casino, as long as you follow all the terms I can't see what could happen, maybe a bit of kyc hassle and a slow payout? Plus conor is still here to solve issues.

btw I use to have to wait 30 days for Dr Vegas to pay withdrawals, but the bonus offers were so frequent and fair I decided I'd put up with that.

Are there enough decent games that you like with a reasonable wagering contribution though?

As Mack said, you will most likely get paid, however expect it to take days to approve the withdrawal and longer if they want to ask for documents they already have. Also massive list of 50% slots so work on 70x wagering, but does the email actually say 35x as I'm sure conor said they reduced it to 25x?

it was off the top of my head; I can’t find an easy way to check what the wagering requirement was, looking at the history. Only that I didn’t make even 3x.

They where fantastic, best CS in the business, active reps and they where fair.

The members here have been patient enough, no disrespect to rach or Conor at all, they infact lead the way in terms of reps.
But we don’t have a trada anymore.
Anyone who chooses to play there do so at your own risk should be placed in bold under the review.

I'm sorry, I like Conor and Rachel, both have been 2 of the best reps ever seen on here, but it seems like they have no say in anything that happens now. Despite claims to the contrary, Trada are now just another shit Aspire property, no different to any of the others. This time 2 months ago they were pretty much one of the best casinos going.

I do not think it's fair to imply Conner deliberately lied. Don't shoot the messenger.

Can't be easy, after building up all the good will and providing a service that was worthy of winning an award, to then be chucked under a bus.

If I was them, I would be jumping ship before HMS Trade sinks from trace completely.

I feel sorry for Conor, really I do, but it doesn't change the fact that nothing that was said at the start of this seems to have been followed through. Withdrawals usually under 24 hours, nope, wagering 20-25 times, no, customer service little blips that will be sorted, nope, great news for players, nope. In fact I don't see a single thing that has improved for players. More providers, sorry but running them at 91% isn't really better, its not even legal to do so under the MGA license, so its just us under the UKGC rules that get screwed over.
I'll concede implying Conor was lying was possibly over the top and my apologies to Conor, however he stated what I said, and it appears not to be true. If the WR had gone down to 15x I'm sure it would been posted on here pretty quickly, 35x, not so quickly it seems.

I don't know if Conor and Rachel work for or part own Trada, but as you say, if they just work for them, I would be looking for a new job too. They seem to have pretty much zero say in things now, and don't even seem to commit to looking into things as much either. Like steves withdrawal, 2 months ago they would have looked into it without needing to be asked. Conor saying he would have if contacted is all well and good, but there was a massive thread, I would put money on, 2 months ago, that thread would have been nipped in the bud and sorted without the player having to contact them.

If they do jump ship, I am 100% certain wherever they go will be better for having them on board.

I had an issue with them in regards to UKGC regulations and they doubled down, making their own regulations up. When I forwarded them an email from the UKGC explaining they are wrong, they told me they do not care, to go away, and ignored me. I then asked for them to provide me with all of my data and they ignored me.

This was before Aspire.

The question here is, why do I need to ask publicly for you to provide it to me? I asked back in Oct last year. I then emailed back in late Nov when I did not receive it. I was told it was escalated to management and would get back to me as soon as possible. Almost 7 weeks later, and I have received no reply. Why? How can it slip through the cracks, and then slip through the cracks again?

But I checked on it again about 3 weeks ago, and was told again that it is being worked on and I would receive a reply...

That is a total of 3 times I asked and nothing was done. 3 months after the original request that had to be completed within a month, and nothing. Trada have made a mistake, I alerted customer service of it, nothing was done, so I alerted again. Nothing again. I mention it publicly and it is done within a day. That's just complete incompetence.

Just quoting this so you get the notification, but this is exactly what I was meaning in my last post. There are loads of things being mentioned throughout the thread, and you ignore them all, except the one that might get you a rather large fine from the ICO if you don't sort it out.
For example, why not explain why it was stated your wagering would be 20-25x, yet you are now sending emails out with the wagering set at 35x?

This week they are going for the highly reputable title "My Name, we need to talk!"

You could complain to the ICO about them not having working links. Aspire really don't like that. Well the old DPO didn't who left in December, whoever took over obviously cant be arsed to reply.

What wagering is required on this one, the 25x Conor stated or the 35x they don't want to talk about?
 
Looks like no one is going to say why the wagering has increased then. So that took a month to be the same as Aspire then. But they aren't going to be like casinoluck.....

Wagering is dependent on the bonus and promotion that is offered.
Some have 0x wagering.
Some have 15x wagering.
Some have 25x wagering.
Some have 35x wagering.

As a Canadian, I was going to join Trada as their withdrawal methods seem good for Canadians; they also have Amatic slots -- a provider I like.

Is the general consensus in this forum that Trada is no longer a viable casino to play at?

There a lot of complaints in this thread, but no explicit conclusion.

Trada is at this point not what it was, but it’s still a trustworthy and safe operation. Hopefully the promises that the negative changes are temporary and enforced and will be fixed are true.

- on top of the pending periods, you have to add the time for account verification on your first withdrawal, which can be another few days.
- support is now provided by Aspire, so as non-personal as you can think of.
- wagering on bonuses is convoluted, e.g. 25x WR is actually more like 75x because most games do not contribute the full 100%.
- bonus T&Cs full of traps, e.g. max bet cannot be equal or higher than CAD4, so the max is CAD3.99, lower if you deposit with e-wallets.
- Reduced RTP on most games (check the help files, can be as low as 92.xx% instead of 96.xx%)

I would be cautious and read every part of the T&Cs to the last character and adhere to any bonus T&Cs to the proverbial "T" as Aspire is more than happy to confiscate winnings for the smallest of infractions. :rolleyes:

The decision is still yours. :) You have to be OK with a sub-par experience at the moment. I haven't got a single account with any of the gazillion Aspire sites for the above reasons.

The old Trada team is trying to improve things and the CM reps can still assist you (although it is mostly along the lines "I will pass it on to Aspire"). Time will tell how they will fare in maybe 6 months from now.
