Greetings,

I have not posted in quite some time but I wanted to take a moment and document my difficulties with Slotocash both on the RTG and Rival side. Here is a list of items that have occurred in the past week.

1. RTG side would not allow me to enter any real-time slots therefore not play anything that would contribute to a bonus.
2. RTG side displayed an error message saying "You are not allowed to log in. Please contact support." At which time support kept asking me to put in my password correctly and making it feel as if it were my fault, I e-mailed a screenshot and magically after about 20 minutes it worked.
3. Rival side. Account magically became locked. I gave up trying to play there.
4. I was up a considerable amount on Wednesday and sent in documents for review at around 3:00pm EST I was told via live chat it should take a "few hours" well it is now Friday and documents have yet to be approved.

I lost my winnings which is my fault. I also want to say that the reps have at least been friendly and not hostile towards my inquiries but I felt as if they purposely did not approve any documents due to the fact I would cash out winnings.

I talked to Sloto tonight because I was going to maybe deposit again and guess what? They disabled credit card deposits until my documents are approved. I scanned my passport and front and back of cc in the highest quality possible, you could zoom in and see scratches on the credit card if you wanted to. Finally, I just asked if Sloto could do anything to help me at least feel like a valuable customer and I was told they would get back to me.

I have never cashed out from Sloto, I have never had a problem with them taking my money before. The Jackpot capital group just sent me a 150 bonus chip and I have not deposited there in months!

Come on Sloto. I want to like you guys. I will attach all my problematic screenshots if anyone is interested.

Just so everyone can see the technical glitches I encountered. I am not a big bettor by any means, but I was up 7k and obviously lost it all so that does not help my disgruntled issues. Especially when even if I wanted to deposit the only option I could use is mypaylinq which I don't even have an account for. Again, the reps have at least been somewhat friendly. Although all the reps made me feel stupid when it wouldn't let me log in. A rep even e-mailed me my password asking if I was putting it in correctly.

Just an update, I e-mailed Ms. Sloto with the above.

I also received an e-mail from the security department asking for an embossed version of my CC, I figured a color scan of front + back in highest quality would be good enough. I then also sent in my bank statement. Finally I was approved for withdrawals after I had lost the 7200+ I was ahead.

Of course, I log into Sloto and click the withdrawal tab and it tells me to contact support and complete the authorization form. The only deposit method if I were to deposit is still only mypaylinq. But after 30k+ in wagering (not deposits) in a matter of a day and a half I was given a 20 dollar courtesy chip with a 200.00 max withdrawal.

I hope Ms. Sloto can do something for me, otherwise back to Jackpot Capital. I receive something from their casinos all the time, sometimes max cashouts, sometimes little cash outs, but they make me feel like a wanted customer.

If you have had ANY kind of banking problems, like chargebacks ( even accidental ones) They will flag your account. This is even including any of the former Rivals like DaVinci's and all the old ones.

Sloto tried to say I had 3 accounts when I opened the one for their RTG version, but, I didn't know I could log in with my Rival id. Plus, the old Rivals' were notorious for claiming you had several accounts, when if fact, you may have had accounts in different Rival casinos) So, even though, I had a banking problem, (A mess with the now defunct e-wallet-express 4+ yrs ago) WHICH I fixed, I still have problems at a couple of casinos.

Take Buzzluck for example, they won't let me use my cc, (Somehow, I am a security threat with my cc, but they will let me play using a different deposit method, which I don't have.) even though, I have had an excellent and very frequent purchase record with Club World group. And, Buzzluck is part of their group. Go figure.

All issues resolved. I can now withdrawal. The only issue is not being able to deposit by CC, but I am going to hold off a few days anyways. Thanks Ms. Sloto.
