Greetings,
I have not posted in quite some time but I wanted to take a moment and document my difficulties with Slotocash both on the RTG and Rival side. Here is a list of items that have occurred in the past week.
1. RTG side would not allow me to enter any real-time slots therefore not play anything that would contribute to a bonus.
2. RTG side displayed an error message saying "You are not allowed to log in. Please contact support." At which time support kept asking me to put in my password correctly and making it feel as if it were my fault, I e-mailed a screenshot and magically after about 20 minutes it worked.
3. Rival side. Account magically became locked. I gave up trying to play there.
4. I was up a considerable amount on Wednesday and sent in documents for review at around 3:00pm EST I was told via live chat it should take a "few hours" well it is now Friday and documents have yet to be approved.
I lost my winnings which is my fault. I also want to say that the reps have at least been friendly and not hostile towards my inquiries but I felt as if they purposely did not approve any documents due to the fact I would cash out winnings.
I talked to Sloto tonight because I was going to maybe deposit again and guess what? They disabled credit card deposits until my documents are approved. I scanned my passport and front and back of cc in the highest quality possible, you could zoom in and see scratches on the credit card if you wanted to. Finally, I just asked if Sloto could do anything to help me at least feel like a valuable customer and I was told they would get back to me.
I have never cashed out from Sloto, I have never had a problem with them taking my money before. The Jackpot capital group just sent me a 150 bonus chip and I have not deposited there in months!
Come on Sloto. I want to like you guys. I will attach all my problematic screenshots if anyone is interested.
