Sorry if this isn't in the correct area but I've been recommended to come here to see if there is anything I can be advised.
I opened an account with GetMinted recently and played at their download casino in October. I played in the casino and withdrew once already, then went to play a couple of weeks later. After depositing £1250 I played some big hands of blackjack and withdrew around £3150 (The amounts are converted to dollars I think so I don't have exact amounts).
When the withdrawal was processed, roughly half of that amount was credited back, when I've tried to log into the casino to check why my account was locked. I assumed it may be an ID issue so have tried to chase it down with them. One customer service advisor has since told me over the phone that my account has been closed for "Bonus Abuse".
I've never actually received any bonus on my account!! Is that even possible!
I've been asked to contact their CS by either email or phone (I was on the phone to one at the time when he said this...) but they are so far unresponsive to my emails asking them for clarification.
I've received a full cashier history and am waiting for game logs so I can prove this but as it stands they have taken roughly £1500 from me, I assume because I won some big hands on Blackjack that they are unwilling to pay. I maintain that I have not received a bonus on my download account so at the moment they have removed half of what I see if completely legitimate winnings?
