Royal Panda - I had a duplicate account, winnings unpaid.

I read about this online as the money i deposited was a lot to me. I readed about the different companies joining so i didnt make the same mistake again. I did have a account before with different bookies but not one has ever taken my deposit before. So is ok for the casino to take someone deposit if they make a mistake.

Atleast try and work with the player or is it final casino can do what they like once you deposited
 
The problem is, your story doesn't add up, it might be that it isn't intentional, but theres just bits that don't make sense. Like, if you have a gambling problem (or why else would you self exclude) are you not self excluded at all properties as you say you play at other places. Why would you self exclude 2 minutes after opening an account somewhere, it takes longer to sign up than 2 minutes, so why not just not open the account?
So to clarify, you made a £450 deposit, bet some, got back to your initial deposit value (with a couple of pending bets), tried to withdraw and then they closed your account? What is the exact actual reason they gave for account closure, breach of terms or self excluded customer?
 
Breech of term opening mulitiple accounts. I was shocked everyone i knew was asking me why i was acting weird. I went into complete shock when they said they where keeping my deposit. I had a casino account with most bookies and this has never happen. I never knew a bookmaker lincesed by gambking commison could do this.

I am still in shock its a lot of money to be seized..

Then yes, you should get your deposit back. Even though I think you knew you had an account already, unless you have a gazillion casino accounts?
 
I had no clue.. I was in a rush to place some bets. The website changed design since 2017. I opened a account for a few mins in 2017 then i forgot about it.

When they emailed me that they are going to keep my deposit my own money i went into shock 1st time ever this has happened. I couldnt believe it.

- three, read the damn' terms before you sign up, and
- four, it looks like you self-excluded at quite a few places, so you are an experienced player who seems to have a gambling problem, hence, I am sure you know that you should check first if you had an account with the same casino or a sister site before registration.

Unless of course you registered a second account on purpose with a different email address, as you say a "work address" at that! :rolleyes:

If you where on the website for 17mins in 2017 would you still remenber the site today. Do you remenber casino website you been on in 2017 today.
 
There nothing to gain from using a website i self excluded from. I have gambled and lost with alot of companies. I had a actual balance actual money in my account most of my deposit. If you it happened to how would you feel. If you deposited nearly 500 and they use a terms against you to keep your money how would you feel.
 
This is the picture that came up for me and I have an account there but never deposited, and I did another registration and they accepted it with the same credentials I used before. So he may be telling the truth.

I tried the same from the UK site and I couldn't complete the second registration as you have to enter the post code to get your address. So something is amiss.
 
I was only on the website for a few mins. I couldnt remenber it. I am being 100percent truthful

Bottom line is

- onus is on the player to check whether he/she had an account, especially when you self-excluded at a few sites in the past
- you changed your story in a few places
- you deposit GBP450 in one shot and are saying that money means a lot to you. Why gamble it then? Or why not make smaller deposits? :confused:

Best is to contact the Royal Panda Rep and ask for his help. Discussing it any further in this thread won't get you your money back, nor will you have a bigger cloud because you post something negative about a casino and on top you accuse RP for stealing money, which is not proven.
