Wazbee confiscated 33,000 CHF winnings on a technicality

I am opening this thread to warn all players about Wazbee Casino. They have confiscated my legitimate cash winnings of 33,000 CHF using a cheap technical excuse, even though I played completely without a bonus.
Here are the facts of my case:

1. I deposited and played exclusively with my own raw cash. I did not activate any welcome bonuses, free spins, or promotions on my account.
2. After generating a win of 33,000 CHF, the casino blocked my account and set my balance to zero.
3. Their excuse: A shared device (phone) and IP address within the same household, as my partner also has an inactive account there. The casino's security department even admitted to me via email that they have no proof of fraud or actual financial loss.
4. I immediately offered a full KYC verification of my partner (ID, utility bill, selfie) to prove we are two real individuals living together. The casino strictly refuses to process this verification because they just want to keep my money.

When players deposit and lose, this casino does not care about shared devices or household IPs. But as soon as you win big, they abuse their T&Cs to steal your cash. This is absolute rogue behavior. Stay away from Wazbee Casino!
