I deposited 450gbp into my royal panda account and they have seized my money. I made a mistake i opened a account in 2017 which the agent told me. I completely forgot. The casino did not give me any chance to resolve this they just stole my deposits.

If you do something wrong at this casino they are not prepared to work with you and will take your balance.

As per clause 5.7 of our terms and conditions:

Multiple accounts for the same player are not allowed. In case it is noted that the player holds more than one account, Royal Panda will have the right to:

  • Close or block the member accounts held by the player; and/or
  • Seize any funds remaining in the player’s duplicate account(s), including deposited funds and winnings won by the player using said account(s).
If the player notices that he/she has more than one member account, the player must notify Royal Panda immediately

I cant believe these terms are legally in the uk this gives them a license to steal your money. This would be unfair under consumer law. I cant find a uk address to take them to small claims court.

Im just want people to be aware. I do feel ripped off i cant do anything. If you have a problem with royal panda they will not be open to resolving with you.

I was going through a gambling problem in 2017 i self excluded on a few website. This happened last week but only recently they told me that i had a account in 2017 i opened it and after a few mins i self excluded it. So the account was live for 2 mins. I never deposited any money. I opened this account last saturday and deposited 450 and won some bets and was told after sending in id that i had other account and both deposit and winning are seized. I couldnt remenber opening a account with this company but looks like its my fault.

I made a mistake i didnt know i had a account before. If i lost the money i wouldn't be able to do anything. But as i had a balance i should be entitled to my deposit back. I cant believe this never happened to me before. I never had a casino seize my own money was very depressed. I felt like it was stealing

Your title is misleading and wrong. They didn't seize your deposit at all, they have not paid your winnings.
Having said that, they should refund you.
2nd complaint of the day about Royal Panda.

I'm curious, and it's not just intended for the OP, but when people go to open an account, most casinos will let you know if you have an account there right at registration. I have been guilty of forgetting and will be told " name already in use" "email in system". So how can you use the excuse "you forgot?".

Sometimes website change design . Do you remenber what you did 2 years ago. It could be beneficial to have a diary to show which casino i signed up too and self excluded from. What if they become sister companies hard to keep track. Examples like paddy and betfair combined but have separate licences and ladbrokes and coral merge. Ladbrokes and betdaq same company. Royal panda 2017 own company then merged with leo vegas. If you quit gambling and then start again after a few years you wouldnt know about different merges..

I understand companies have system in place and should work so self excluded members do not gamble again. But if you read about leo vegas owners of royal panda self exclusion online you would see it needs improvement.

Conversely, many casino's wouldn't even let you register a second account with the same details from the off.

So what was the balance at the time of them closing the account? The real balance, not the 0.00 one?
How long after you opening the account did they close it down? Presumably you changed some details, certainly you couldn't re-register using the same email address? How long was your original self exclusion for? Did they close the new one as you were self excluded or because you opened a second account? Sorry for the questions but they would give a better picture of whats happened and which way to go from here.

I had 450 in account and 2 pending bets which i think won. When account was closed. I used same name and address. I used my present email which i had for work. So maybe had a different email 2 years ago.

The 1st agent didnt tell me about the self exclusion she said account was closed. So i told her that the contract was terminated. I didnt have a other account as it was terminated.

I had to look through different emails i used in past to find i opened a account in 2017. I opened it for 2 mins and then self excluded i never deposited or verfired my self. That why i felt i made a mistake.

If you self excluded then the account wasn't closed, it was self excluded.
If you were self excluded at the time you opened the new account then they should refund your deposit(s), assuming you didn't try to circumvent the account detection by changing name/address etc. How long after opening the new account was it closed?
If the SE had ended then you will have a much harder job on your hands as you are clearly in breach of their T&C's and just because you don't like them, doesn't make them illegal, plus, you agreed to them when you signed up. Not that it will be easy if you were still SE'd.
Presumably you have sent the rep a PM and gave him time to reply before posting this thread?

Its was opened 2am saturday closed on sunday morning . I know its the terms and conditions of the company but what the reason to seize someone deposited money. I had a account with nearly most sport bookmakers and this has never happened before.

They uk licensed.. If i deposited money in your account and i asked you to return it but you didn't would that be classed as fraud.

No, not if I informed you beforehand that if you deposited money into my account I would keep it and you agreed with it before you made the deposit.

For someone who claims to have done something stupid, via a silly mistake.

All of a sudden you seem very clued up on the gaming industry.

Your story seems to be changing?

You say you won and tried to submit id to collect your winnings

Then you say you think you won?
