I deposited 450gbp into my royal panda account and they have seized my money. I made a mistake i opened a account in 2017 which the agent told me. I completely forgot. The casino did not give me any chance to resolve this they just stole my deposits.
If you do something wrong at this casino they are not prepared to work with you and will take your balance.
As per clause 5.7 of our terms and conditions:
Multiple accounts for the same player are not allowed. In case it is noted that the player holds more than one account, Royal Panda will have the right to:
I cant believe these terms are legally in the uk this gives them a license to steal your money. This would be unfair under consumer law. I cant find a uk address to take them to small claims court.
Im just want people to be aware. I do feel ripped off i cant do anything. If you have a problem with royal panda they will not be open to resolving with you.

- Seize any funds remaining in the player’s duplicate account(s), including deposited funds and winnings won by the player using said account(s).
