Lolly Bet holding funds and confiscating winnings - help needed

Here's my story with that casino in short.

At first, everything with Lolly Bet went smoothly — deposits, gameplay, and even the first withdrawals were processed without issues. It seemed like a reliable casino.

However, things changed quickly. They have now refused to pay out a total of €6,600 in winnings. I initially requested my account to be locked in early July until they paid my pending withdrawals, but it has now been closed for almost three months, and nothing has happened.

When I requested the account closure, my balance was €1,800, which they have also refused to pay out. The confiscation of my bonus winnings happened in early April, when they claimed I had violated bonus rules — a claim that is absolutely not true. I have clear evidence to prove that I followed all the terms, and their accusation is completely false.

Despite sending numerous messages and emails asking them to process the withdrawals or at least respond, I haven’t received a single proper reply. They are simply holding my funds with no explanation or communication.

Another concerning sign is that they do not respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, which strongly suggests this is not an isolated case but part of a broader pattern of ignoring legitimate player complaints.

I also want to mention that I have a large amount of evidence — including WhatsApp messages, screenshots, and email correspondence — which clearly proves that I am in the right and that they are refusing to pay what is rightfully mine.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness and business practices. In my opinion, this is a clear case of withholding player funds, and it should not be ignored by regulators or the community.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Lolly Bet? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to proceed with a formal complaint or involve a lawyer. If others are in the same situation, I’d also be interested in exploring the possibility of a collective legal action to hold them accountable.

a casino offering 300% bonus up to 5k is already a warning imo

dont think you can do much, all weird rdly licensed too

Yeah, I don't think the situation is great. There is no rep to speak of here and we have no details of this casino. They appear to be based in Costa Rica, but I can't access their site from my location.

You can try and submit a complaint and see where it gets you. My guess you will struggle to get anything out of them. Be careful spending money on a lawyer also, this may just mean more money being spent with no real chance of return.
