Fact is that you might know why they do this or you might not but it's not disclosed in this thread. They only give you very vague answers and wait your complaint from ADR as they don't wanna share what they are suspicious about but their actioning and multiple document requests are quite sure sign that they think something is not right.

These screen grabs only tell that they want more verification which is totally irrelevant as real question should be WHY they want to ask so many documents and prefer to defend themselves against ADR complaint, they don't do it just for fun.

So there still is 0 information in this thread and if you really have no any idea why they do this for you, then you might or might not find it out after your ADR complaint, most probably you just only gonna hear that it's settled and nothing more.

If you really think that all information that casino is basing their suspicions is in this thread, you probably are not very familiar how casinos operate and you clearly are not willing to receive any advice as you just want make yourself biggest victim in the world, you handle your issue way you like but now it just seems that you want to use this forum to force casino pay you to avoid bad publicity (which i can also advise you that is not way which work, they don't change their decision if you threat to write something bad about them).

Repeating same, same and same and getting furious when somebody try ask something to try to understand what's happening is not helping you either in getting this sorted. Make your official complaint and you get your issue sorted (maybe not way you would like to but at least sorted, if your complaint is like your "whole story is visible in this thread", can't see any ADR settle it for you).

No need to reply, tried to help but you were not interested and just victimize yourself when people ask questions or comment something, that's not really beneficial way to get help from forums.

Other members wouldn't of been able to comment specifically if I hadn't supplied evidence. I also attempted to provide my document pictures but they were removed by the site. I have also provided screenshot updates from redbet when they have responded and in my posts made FOOTNOTES for any other information.

I can only say to go back and read all my posts and look at the screen grabs from myself and the casinos.

I'd really prefer just to stick to facts here on the thread. I haven't called anyone names or made insinuations so I'd appreciate that same treatment back.

I’m calling bullshit on the entire complaint - the only reason the likes of Redbet is strong evidence of multi-accounting - been around on this forum for a good few years and we’ve seen it all before. Your flailing responses included.

Redbet Saga Update

I'm just posting an update on where the issue with Redbet currently lies as I feel some member have made some posts that have either intentionally or unintentionally moved things off track (I have reported some posts by employees of the site as bullying and name calling is not acceptable and I wouldn't do that to people). I think some people are geniuniely trying to offer advice and help so I think this is more for them.

Late June - Signed up to redbet via an add on google. Chat popped up asking for help with deposits as one failed. I asked if I should send in docs before depositing. They said no. I asked if I could send them in they said they weren't needed.

Early July - I played within my deposit limit means of 200 per month. Managed a withdrawal of 270 from roughly 180 deposits (Note I thought I had deposited slightly more then this previously, but had checked skrill).

Before July 4th - I requested a withdrawal around this date and was emailed for documents, ID, SELFIE,POA,SKRILL PICS. I supplied all this information (Energy Bill was supplied).

July 5th - Redbet needed an alternative POA, All ID etc seemed to be accepted. I supplied my bank PDF.

July 13th - Redbet seemed to unverify my ID and selife and requested it on a different background, No mention of POA. I supplied this.

Post July 17th - ID and selfies again seemed to be fine. Redbet kept requesting a third posted POA. I stated numerous times I didn't have anything apart from my energy bill as the tax is in bobbys name. * Note around this date I took a members suggestion on here to get redbet to close my account and process the withdrawal.

July 23rd and beyond - Thanks to some helpful members on Casinomeister I was able to get in touch with the second opinion at redbet. They then started asking for ID and selife on a third background and another POA. Fran stated this was needed as I had signed up to redbet from a different address and country then my Mr Green a year earlier. I explained this is because I moved but I'm not sure why the different selfies etc and passport on different backgrounds were needed?

July 30th - The need for a third set of ID's and selfies were gone again. Fran still needed another POA in addition to my energy bill but seemed to be ignoring I sent my bank statement a month earlier. I again stated I had nothing else except a phone/net bill and anything other then that I would just need to fake.

August 2nd - Fran made no mention of my suggestion of the phone/internet bill and said account was closed, deposits returned (not received) and I couldn't appeal.

Today - The email Fran sent on the 2nd she seems to have forgotten about and is now saying to wait....

Within this timeline I applied to ECOGRA for help also and spoke to some of you on here.

I have attached all the screenshots I can ( I had to redact personal information or they get deleted again) and the moderator man can attest to the images with my copious amount of KYC docs attached but give too much personal information.

Offensive language and swearing is not helpful and should not be used on a public forum. Healthy debates are mature and respectful. Your staff member did not exercise this in the above posts and that is plain to see. I would not use that kind of language on your caisno forum due to the rules you set out and I (and other members i'm sure) would expect the same in return from yourself and your staff. Making unsubstaniated inferences, swearing and inciting needless hostility on a forum is simply not helpful.

Hopefully this thread can get back on track

As we speak Im trying to convince Betsson for a week already that no one else used my account from another country nor I use a VPN in my play, their reason for blocking the account after the idiots from livechat wanted me to clean cookies, try again later and make sure i didnt forget my details, the fourth one finally escalated the matter. A casino rated 9.6 over here offering poor and slow support and no conclusion whatsoever, after spending 500 with them with no withdrawal. I could not be arsed to prove them wrong or make them take a better look at their IP diagnosis tools they use, I only used 2 IPs over there phone and home. I would fucking despair to be into this while they hold on a potential withdrawal. I post this because Im also long enough here to know that certain individuals employed by the casinos to deal with player issues are complete morons if not shady. Rejecting documents is one, been there before, all casinos approves the same batch of docs except one which wants selfies, bank statement on paper, 2 bills and all sorts of shit and then the camera focus is not good enough or something, they are short of accusing you of forgery. If money its involved then tough luck, here is the OP. So is not the casino, reputable, long term on the market blah blah, is the random moron you stumbled upon in all cases with casino issues.

I don't want to sort it as I have no money stuck there. Its one for the bin. Unprofessional support and made up problems are a sure sign to never set foot there again, not that I can as Im blocked still. Their loss I guess. But I chimed in just to say that a casino can be wrong. I never tricked any but they did it on me. It all starts with people not fit for purpose that does the job in total disregard. They are out there in all fields of work. Untermenschen.

Again, Im not sure how any of this is in line with how members and staff should be conducting themselves on this forum in line with your sites own rules. I would appreciate it if staff of casinomesiter didn't feel the need to hurl insults at a member and act in such an aggressive manner. This post again is bullying and I have reported it.

I was commenting on the members information in his post. It was 'irrelevant and wrong' as was ignorant to the chronological order of events in thread and not applicable due to the facts. I then clarified this with my updated 'Redbet Saga' post. I was not calling the member nor his opinions 'Irrelevant and wrong'.

Once more, I hope certain caisnomiester employees can refrain from the insults and aggressive nature of their posts and this thread could get back on track as most members seem to want.

The deposits have been promised by tomorrow, 6 days after i had been told they had been done. However the very meager winnings have been confiscated and the issue still remains that in this situation I cannot see what else I could of done to meet verification requirements.

I personally feel (also looking at past posts on here and online more deeply at this group) redbet now surely constitutes rogue status?

Roguing casinos is a very serious and delicate business, it's not merely not for one issue at point. Rogue casinos are your unlicensed corrupt clip-shot joints in the Caribbean who prey off problem gamblers with pirated software. That sort of thing.

In an instance like this - if it was from mismanagement on the casino side, or other problematic circumstances where the casino might be at fault - then this may be mentioned in their review so that players know. We have a few casinos that are outstanding, but have difficult SOW requirements, or draconian bonus rules, etc., that affect some players. This is not a issue of being a rogue - but it's an issue that deserves mentioning.

This is not a issue of being a rogue - but it's an issue that deserves mentioning
The podcast regarding rogue casinos was eye opening.

Having looked at the history of redbet,mr green and winning room It looks like once they were taken over by william hill the problems started. Over a year ago it was just an ID doc and pdf for me to verify mr green and it was done in an evening. Its concerning the issues players now have with this casino group.

Next step would really be ADR if that's the case, be really specific when you file a complaint through ADR, inform them about you've been living in other country and have account on other brand of this casino with different details etc... what ever is coming to your mind which could anyhow be relevant.

If you don't be very specific in your complaint, it's really easy for casino to defend their decision by replying only with few words and get some term they refer is making their decision to confiscate winnings right and fair from regulation point of view. Many players lose their ADR complaints only (or at least partly) because their complaint was relly poorly made like style "Casino not paying my winnings, i sent then my ID, POA and Skrill, help me".

If ADR settle it to casino, then you really are out of options (i don't think you wanna go to court and take risk to pay loads of fees) so make sure they have all possible information in their use. ADR:s do rule cases to players but you have to represent yours very clearly like you would explaining something for 4 year old kid, ADR don't have any information before you and casino provide your sides and they settle case based on that, casino knows already what they gonna say and they are quite experienced in dealing with ADR:s which makes them more competent than most of players in these but if you make everything very clear and are right, ADR have no issues to settle it for you either.

Well they have said the refund of all deposits will be in by tomorrow. But they said they were refunded 5 days ago, which is not true.

Ive tried to be super specific in my complaint with Ecogra, i have included all the screen grabs I have done here, all the images of my KYC and evidence of my account from Mr Green a year ago being verified. However the ADR has come back and told me I need to complete the casinos internal complaints system, this is despite me sending the ADR the evidence where redbet stated on August 2nd they were done and I couldn't appeal.

My fear with ECOGRA is looking at their track record, members comments on here about them and past cases you simply don't win with ecogra. I don't know how true this is but saw a very damning statistic of how often they find for the player. I also read they are funded by the caisnos themselves (again not sure on this).

Im also not sure KYC wise where it stands with MGA and ADR in regards to if a casino can keep refusing your POA's and if the player has nothing else to produce what happens? Redbet seem to think if they don't like any of your POAs its unfortunately too bad and they can just close the account and still the winnings?

Ive not been in this position before so It's all new to me and dealing with redbet has been challenging as their emails in the last week have been conflicting.

But like said, many of these have been very poorly made by player and many many times there have been legit reason why casino refused to pay in first place and wanted to go to ADR. That was reason why i asked if you would have any further details what you could think reason to their behavior as no casino ask this amount of documents for this size winning, unless they think something is not right and they took decision to confiscate your winnings and want to defence themselves against ADR.

I'm pretty sure that it's not about your KYC but they are suspicious about something else, your location, your identity, connections to some other accounts or something else, impossible to know but this kind of really excessive verification request is just not normal and not that they didn't like some pictures etc... but they wanted you to be in same picture with different documents multiple times which usually is done to lower impersonation risk little bit and trying to make more sure it is actually you and in location you have stated.

Like said earlier, they don't give you exact details but like you see, very vague reply that your documents don't meet standards and we refund your deposits, as you said yourself, this decision is made many days ago already so they think they are doing right thing, you just have to make sure that you cover everything in your complaint, provide them all possible documents and try to also ask what actually is problem and tell that you've been all the time more than happy to try to solve this issue but casino haven't been cooperative at all and haven't really tell what they want etc..

They will be deliberately vague in suspected fraud cases as they are acting in an official regulated capacity, and blatantly pointing the fingure even with hard evidence has legal ramifcations for them (and for you).

But they definately will keep winnings in these suspected cases.
