Well, i was hoping that the post by HighIQ was due some misinformation, but i just confirmed in Redbet 's live chat that Andy is no longer with Redbet, and sure enough his account has changed to "dormant state".

I am not to happy with this, first of all, Andy was the reason i signed up there, and only through his effort and engagement i decided to promote them on my site, of course all the people so far i have dealt with in Redbet did a great job, except one person on two occasions, but that was in the beginning, and the last occasion i might not have been to easy to handle myself, because i had a good chunk of my balance disappear into thin air.

I immediately contacted support then, and was told a bit later there couldn't be anything seen and in fact was then told no further action would be taken..

This naturally made a dent in my trust in Redbet, but i took it up with Andy later, who promised me he'd look into it further.
he did, and quite extensive, going through a lot of detailed logs of my session that day, but in the end they could find no discrepancy.
I told him i found that unacceptable, and then he proposed to pass the matter on to Netent.
That was about two weeks ago, and one week after i contacted support, and as i reached my patiences end, i shot Andy a p.m the day before yesterday, which remains unanswered.

Quite a bit to swallow, both as player and affiliate
The funny thing is, Andy told me he'd pass it on to netent, even though he found it unlikely they would find anything other then their team did, at least he made me feel like something was still in process, and i had a chance to get my money back but when i just now talked to the same person on chat that i had this issue with on two occasions, i was told there was no open ticket or any note on my account?!

I had exactly the same issue with disappearing balance on NordicBet just shortly before this happened, and even though they also didn't see a discrepancy, they solved it by taking my word, and returning the balance missing, which was 40 euros.

I disregarded it as one time fluke, but when it then again happened in Redbet, i started to feel a bit discomfortable with Netent, and decided to not play their slots with my own money, until i had a resolve or solution, or at least an explanation of sorts.

Now my question here, does anyone have info on why Andy left, and where he's going? Of course i hope to hear from Andy himself, but any info is appreciated, and if there are more people that have had this error in the past months?

I saw Chuchu post he had seen some minor amounts disappear from his balance when playing caribbean stud and another game when he was playing at Nordic777, but i inquired and he told me he had not opened a ticket for that.

I could use any advise, or would like to see if more people had these experiences, and if yes, how they handled the situation.
Cheers in advance!

As far as Andy goes, I'd be surprised if he wasn't snapped up by another company PDQ, he'd be a tremendous asset to any casino. Or maybe like Ben, he'll start his own casino! But we'll wait and see what we hear from him.

In the meantime, have you spoken to Alex about your issue? If Andy's left the company then Alex will be the new go-to guy. I doubt that Andy would have just walked out one day without having groomed someone to replace him.

I myself recently got some money that just dropped out of my account. I was playing a Playn'Go slot at a reputable casinos, when suddenly a 3€ bet was registered on the Secret Stones slot (NetEnt). It appeared in my log though, but the casinos agreed that I didn't make the bet and reinsterted in to my account. Though I don't feel comfortable knowing that it is even possible for this to happen.

I saw Andy's account changed to dormant yesterday but because he also was still online yesterday at some stage I did not think much of it.
Hope Andy will drop in here and let us know what the story is.
I hope he is okay and just is going to work somewhere else or indeed start up his own casino! :D

Just let us know you are ok buddy!

Andy is no longer with Redbet

Are you kidding? RedBet did get new owners recently and you never know what will happen when you get a new boss. I also noticed that Andy appeared more quiet and less involved with the community recently, I'm not sure if it's related to the new ownership or not.

Andy, please make a personal CM account and keep posting here!

All this as I am thinking RedBet were poised to knock 32Red out of the top spot here at CM as casino of the year. Andy was definitely the glue that held so many players.

Best of fortune to you Andy if you read this.

@ Balthazar: Indeed normally you request it yourself...

And thanks so far for the replies ladies and gents. Indeed i also found it a bit odd, and i agree with everything that has been said about
Andy, a great asset to any Casino, etc. and i opened this thread in the hope he would reply soon:)

But also concerning my issue: for now (thanks smokeeye) i see that at least me and two other people have experienced a similar issue.

I don't always watch my balance like a hawk, but since it happened the first time i did pay close attention.
I normally do a lot of autoplay on Netent slots, and set it like 250 spins, with stop at wins of xx, and stop if balance increases by xx, and decreased by xx, but there could have easily been several of those 3,- instances without me knowing it, because that is hardly noticeable when using autoplay and not paying attention, however the first time i saw the balance disappear in Nordic it was 40 euros, which is a lot, and that time i was paying attention, afterwards, in the same session (when i had already opened a ticket, and played away the remaining balance slightly frustrated, i also saw 3e disappear: this i did also mention to chat, but frankly told them that didn't even bother me, as i wanted my 40 euros back, and that was resolved in my favour, so i chose to forget about the 3,-.

Then it happened on Redbet, for an amount that i estimate around 50,- (i was using sets of 10 spins with stop at wins of 50,-, playing 1.25 a spin, and i remember that i had around 100,-then pressed one set for 10 spins, and talked to a friend of mine, then looked back and suddenly my balance was 23!

This could not have happened, in the worst case scenario i had pressed it two times, or misclicked 25 instead of 10, but 25 x 1.25 is still a long way from around 100,- to 23,-

Anyway, my point is that something went wrong, so far redbet did check, but the issue is as of today unresolved, and i know don't even know if this is being checked at all currently.
Hence my post.

Anyway thanks again for all replies so far.

Andy will pop up ... Sooner or later - you can be assured of that :p

I am not happy that he left Redbet - Quite honestly, I won't see myself playing there much going forward.

@Incrediblestuff - You can PM me and i will give you alternate contacts or contact Redbet-Alex as suggested by Jazzy ...

Nate

I forgot to mention, a small but significant detail:

After Andy had initially checked things with his team, and couldn't find anything, and just before he said to pass it to Netent, he also advised me to open a thread like this, as the more people that speak up, that had a similar experience, the stronger my case would be.
So i hope everybody that reads this and had such an occurrence, will post it here..

Cheers

I still want to know if it's possible to do it yourself or you need a mod to do it :what:

Not 100% certain but as far as I know the flip to Dormant is controlled by the Admin (aka Bryan). I think that technically the mods can do it too but it's something we normally leave in Bryan's hands.

Ok, so Bryan had to learn before the rest of us that Andy was no longer with RedBet. Where's Bryan BTW? Vacations?

There are a good many things that Bryan learns before the rest of us. That shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

As to the Redbet/Andy thing it's hardly unusual that a departure like that would not be announced. Most companies are sparing in their publication of anything that might be perceived as bad news. Perhaps they anticipated exactly the disappointment that has been expressed in this thread.

Bryan is around. Check his profile for details, you'll see he last logged on yesterday.

I'm Alive!

Thanks folks, it's nice to be missed ;)
IncredibleStuff - Alex will help you out, he's been briefed.

I've joined another casino as you can see.
Having spent time working at Orange and Redbet I decided I needed a new colour for my CV so I came to Mr Green (following a kind recommendation from Ben!).

Don't worry I don't see Redbet changing, Alex is great and Alexis the CEO won't let anything bad happen to his brand.

Meanwhile, I hope to see Mr Green being mentioned alongside the favourites on here before too long. We're already working on some changes that you'll appreciate.

Cheers!
Andy
