Well, i was hoping that the post by HighIQ was due some misinformation, but i just confirmed in Redbet 's live chat that Andy is no longer with Redbet, and sure enough his account has changed to "dormant state".
I am not to happy with this, first of all, Andy was the reason i signed up there, and only through his effort and engagement i decided to promote them on my site, of course all the people so far i have dealt with in Redbet did a great job, except one person on two occasions, but that was in the beginning, and the last occasion i might not have been to easy to handle myself, because i had a good chunk of my balance disappear into thin air.
I immediately contacted support then, and was told a bit later there couldn't be anything seen and in fact was then told no further action would be taken..
This naturally made a dent in my trust in Redbet, but i took it up with Andy later, who promised me he'd look into it further.
he did, and quite extensive, going through a lot of detailed logs of my session that day, but in the end they could find no discrepancy.
I told him i found that unacceptable, and then he proposed to pass the matter on to Netent.
That was about two weeks ago, and one week after i contacted support, and as i reached my patiences end, i shot Andy a p.m the day before yesterday, which remains unanswered.
Quite a bit to swallow, both as player and affiliate
The funny thing is, Andy told me he'd pass it on to netent, even though he found it unlikely they would find anything other then their team did, at least he made me feel like something was still in process, and i had a chance to get my money back but when i just now talked to the same person on chat that i had this issue with on two occasions, i was told there was no open ticket or any note on my account?!
I had exactly the same issue with disappearing balance on NordicBet just shortly before this happened, and even though they also didn't see a discrepancy, they solved it by taking my word, and returning the balance missing, which was 40 euros.
I disregarded it as one time fluke, but when it then again happened in Redbet, i started to feel a bit discomfortable with Netent, and decided to not play their slots with my own money, until i had a resolve or solution, or at least an explanation of sorts.
Now my question here, does anyone have info on why Andy left, and where he's going? Of course i hope to hear from Andy himself, but any info is appreciated, and if there are more people that have had this error in the past months?
I saw Chuchu post he had seen some minor amounts disappear from his balance when playing caribbean stud and another game when he was playing at Nordic777, but i inquired and he told me he had not opened a ticket for that.
I could use any advise, or would like to see if more people had these experiences, and if yes, how they handled the situation.
Cheers in advance!
