Anyone else had issues with westpoint casino?
Their terms state that wagering can only be completed using real funds/cash so in order to complete the wagering requirements I had to make several deposits totalling over €2,000. After making a withdrawal of €3,021 I was told that my account had breached terms and my winnings would be confiscated. They haven’t returned my deposits and won’t reply to my emails when I have requested that my deposits be returned. They are totally ignoring me now. Anyone else had a similar issue with them?
Im not sure what else to do, anyone got any ideas how I can recover my money?
