Caddell failure is their own fault they hired a grade 6 to make the new Ontario websites. Half the games blocked, half the games not showing up in the search bar, numerous issues with having to clear cookies/cache to even access the slots page/search function. This happening at beginning of sessions, half way through at the end. Having to change browsers to even get it to work some time.

A lot of people complained about that and they did nothing to fix it. Nothing. Playzee wasnt even working at all for the past 3 months.
 
honestly this isn't such a bad thing I think there were too many Casinos anyways. The only one I cared about so far was coolbet but the way they left things with their lack of support I wouldn't go with them if they came back anyways. The purge could do some good...although competition is good the ones that will be still standing say a year from now likely will have more going for them than any of the ones we are losing now

100 percent this. I am signed up to enough casinos still to be happy lol. coolbet had more btg games thats all.
 
It's making me wonder why we don't have the full BTG library anywhere yet? Like every casino that has BTG only offers certain or so many titles.

With or if videoslots coming soon I have 6 online casinos I can go to, that's enough for me unless a really good rewards program is offered or full library of BTG games but ya can't play all 6 just not enough money to go around and then if you want to go to 1 of the like 30 live casinos here, people don't have the money to go or play anymore so casinos can't screw around with no customer service or at least having fun or people are going to check out.

Would not say it is a great casino but got my withdrawal in 15 minutes today on Fanduel and on a holiday!:eek: Still not in a loss there. :) No rewards program but they still have 1x playthrough for bonuses if they ever offer one,lol.

Played just over 4 hours somehow on a deposit, dropped fast a couple of times though and not as many games as other sites but have enough of the ones I like to play to give it a shot now and again.

BetRivers, NorthStarBets, BetMGM and Fanduel are my favourites, ALL because payments are so quick. I hazard a guess that the top 5 or 6 casinos in Ontario are getting a huge portion of the play from bettors....

Betano is a good one but payments are a few days, otherwise I would rank them higher.

I would never try the old MG only sites with the high wagering or any of the SkillOnNet sites (due to the slow payments)

Cant be worse than Pokerstars. They launched a geo locator app that fails anytime an Ontarian wants to spin a slot, been three months now, Ive given up on them, which is a shame. Update after update with no fix, Ontario is not a priority to them, and it wouldnt surprise me to see them pull out with the new Advertising rules they wanna put into place.

KGC is NOT in it to protect the player. Take the fees from sites and if u get fucked by a site and complain....crickets.

I can play poker at poker stars but like you I can’t play slots as it won’t recognize my location. Frustrating

It’s I-gaming that does not have our back. They approve casinos like Deal or no Deal whose RTP’s are ridiculous. They run dead or alive at just over 90% while all the other casinos have it at over 96%. Absolute robbery. Never had a problem at KGC casinos. They are run quite fairly and well. Great customer service from my experience.

Site with the most BTG is Casinodays. Withdrawals relatively quick, no issues.

Just an update. We at VS/MRV have been approved to go live now in Ontario. We are finalizing 2 game providers and plan to go live 22nd June.
We still have some more game providers pending, but will take a couple of weeks to get them onboard.
Battles will be available, but only Pragmatic ones until RAW is available in Ontario which is expected in 1-2 months.

BetRivers gets most of my deposits. Not the biggest selection, but I love the Konami slots, and the player chat. Pretty much instant withdrawals. Any bonuses have a 1x wagering. Quite good bonuses at higher loyalty levels than me, but past few months more for mid-tier players (wager $50 and receive $10 bonus next day kind of thing).

Betmgm upped their game, withdrawals are a few hours or less. Daily bonuses.

Luxury Casinos (the only CasinoRewards site remaining to us in Ontario) have 30x wagering on bonuses, but I enjoy the bigger bankroll and challenge. Get NDB fairly frequently, so even though slow to pay compared to BetRivers and BetMGM, they get a montly visit from me. In 15 years CR has never forgotten a free chip at Xmas or for my birthday.

Hello, looking for a some advice/opinion. Have had really good luck at a NSB the last month or so and withdrawal times were almost instant. That is until last Friday, the 9th. I hit a minor jackpot and another good payout on a progressive and ended up requesting a withdrawal of 5800. That’s when things changed. After a day or two I sent a note to customer service, politely asking for an update on my withdrawal. I got a standard answer that sometimes it can take up to 5 business days. That’s understandable as it was a Friday when I requested it. It has now been 11 days without being paid. If I call or email, the only response I get is that they will email me when they get an update from the “relevant department “. The same response every day. I don’t want to file an official complaint because that will give them another 2 weeks of which I’d bet they’ll take every second. They did tell me a few cryptic things. One was that they have released it on their end, the other is that I had met any bonus play through I needed. When I ask what the hold up is they go back to the “relevant department “ reply. I don’t know what’s going on and 5800 is a good chunk of money for me. They paid out within hours 6 times previously. Any insight or advice would be appreciated.

It has been a long time since I played at VS. I always liked the amount of games and providers to choose from. I just wish ELK Studios would get on board because I miss many games from them like the "Nitropolis" series. :/

There will be a bonus send out tomorrow for all old customers. If you dont get it please let us know and we can send PM to you with it.
If there are any issues or things you want fixed please let us know and we will try to sort it. If there are any games or provider you missing let us know as we are working on activating everything. There are a few game providers still missing that will be launched next few weeks.
For now only pragmatic is available in battles, which mean that it will be less availability until RAW launches in Ontario which is expected next month.

Cannot log on either and am in incognito mode. It keeps taking me back to the verification screen. Email has been sent to support.
