Yep they are an awful casino. Last night I waited on chat for 2 hours and 16 minutes before I got through to anyone and then I was told verification takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I said thats crazy you locked my account with money there mid play and possibly for 6 weeks. They said yes its their new policy.

Pretty good session but Im terrified to even play here. If I ever ran into any problem they honestly 100% totally ignore you. No response to email. Chat says we will get back to you in a few days. Its been pretty much 2 weeks now and they just cant be bothered to even respond to me. Like I seriously cannot play. I can get on but if I try to place a bet or spin a slot I get "Your account is undergoing the standard verification procedure you cannot place bets until your account gets approved"

Pffff now I cant deposit. When I try to use any method it says " we need to speak to you about your account" and now live chat says Canadian banks block our deposit attempts so you need to ask them not to.

i was betting on average 2.00 but I still had way too big of a hill to climb and kept hitting small bonuses whenever i would hit a bonus....after i lost it all i wish i had bet all 5.00 and worst case I would have been where I ended up anyways....that's the risk you take when you have a bonus. I think it evens out I've had some withdrawals I only could have done with a bonus as I would get a big win only after going through half the original amount
try contacting your bank if you get as far as requesting a credit card or etransfer. i actually had to deal with my bank twice over the last week. they found it suspicious that i would etransfer amounts i usually dont to an email i dont usually use. i understand why they do it but when i tell them yes its ok to that one email and they blocked me again made me feel like it was time to bring my business elsewhere.
Thanks but it was the support agent who was an idiot. Said it was a tech error and im ready to go. Couldnt deposit. Then told me oops sorry you arent verified yet cant play. So ok weeks of not being verified. This casino is garbage so I closed it. Im not playing in a casino who can just act like this. I dont even think they would pay you if you won big.
