Just an update. Both MG and PNG are IP blocking Ontario for us. They are working on activating it. They told us it will be done tonight or tomorrow.
We still havent got the fix live for IDScan verification problem, but should be up soon.
Bonus send out will be done as soon as above is ready. We will also give something extra for everyone who help out flagging issues.!
 
@Team.Videoslots I used to have an account and signed up. during verification i took a scan of my face and it said i couldn't be verified...so i shaved thinking the beard was the problem and then when i try and login it doesn't give me the option to verify my face again....instead it just says cant be verified. also not happy i shaved for nothing lol

honestly im too lazy to contact customer service to get this fixed. if something like this happens it should give me the option to try scanning my face again. i have verified my face with way too many Ontario casinos and this is the first one to give me this kind of grief
 
I go to the landbased casinos once or twice a year. Anyone else notice massive changes here? When I used to go 5-10 years ago once a month the casinos were packed. On a friday or sat night it was hard to find a seat for a slot. I went to two different casinos here in the past 6 months and both of them were at maybe 20-30% capacity on a Fri and Sat night.

I asked one of the workers there and they said "they changed all the slots to low paying and the economy is really bad. Ever since they changed them to these jackpot slots (like wolf gold) people have stopped coming because the returns are so bad. We even have had to close one of the restaurants because people cant afford to eat out".

The worker went on to ramble that we need a federal government change and the current PM etc has really destroyed things. I didnt really care for the political talk as the casino is my way to to escape the real world but there is no escaping it when its staring you in the face. I asked for a beer and the lady said it was $13. I was like ok ill have water wtf.

The fix for the problem with IDScan should hopefully be released today. Its in final testing.

Yup, they took out slots that could pay, Rama has recently brought back a couple that you can win a good amount on as I won $2300 on the one, but yes traffic is down. It still gets busy about lunch time and afternoon at Rama on werkend and concert nights I assume which is the only thing keeping them alive sadly. But with the new Woodbine open tthink rama is done.

We are looking into the issue, thank you for reporting this.

Edit: situation resolved, if anyone else is having issues with Play N'Go games please make sure you are not using incognito mode to play. Play'n GO games needs to have third party cookies allowed to load, which incognito mode blocks by default. If you change the settings in chrome to always allow third party cookies, the games will load even in incognito.

Thank You. Unfortunately I just tried again and it failed again but at least it allowed me to try again. I will try again some other time in case the fix isn't up yet. I have gained weight since my picture but nothing that other Casinos couldn't get past. Perhaps when this happens you could manually verify the photo/ids understanding it will take extra time. just a thought

The system automatically stops you from betting higher while having a bonus active. Basically all terms are handled by the system automatically so players never need to worry about breaking any terms.
 
Uggggh ... failed miserably on the bonus and free spins. I forgot how much I hated that 10% increment bonus. Only received $4 bonus money. Much prefer the total bonus being given up front. And, Gates of Olympus really, really sucks.

I haven't taken a bonus or deposited yet. I forgot about the 10% increment. This is the worst kind of bonus. I'll stick to Betmgm and Unibet where you get the full bonus up front and most times it is 1x play threw and you can bet a lot more than $2 on a bonus.

I'm happy to see VS is available for us again and I will play but will never take a bonus tied to a 10% increment as its a poor way of giving out a bonus.

Sorry had to comment even though this in nothing to do with me really....

That is a REALLY good thing, fortunately never fell foul anywhere myself, way too cautious lol but something other casinos should have done years and years ago.

While the bonus is active you still qualify for our weekend booster, wheel of jackpots and clash of spins. All those extras have 0x wager requirement. When doing the math, it’s unlikely that Unibet have a better offer for a regular player. Bonus requirements are also over 60 days, plus you can cash out your deposit and winnings including earned bonus increments at any time.
