Resolved Need urgent help, check returned from inetbet for my father's acct

Hey Max, or whomever may be able to help... So my father isn't on the forum obviously he isn't that computer savvy but he does play and long story short he cashed out the end of July and cashed a check for 1850.00 July 29th. We'll here we are mid August and the check was returned and you can imagine what that does to someone's bank acct.

Now I emailed inetbet for him but I got a fishy feeling something is amiss here as I personally never seen this happen, but inetbet I have seen sometimes pull weird stipulations out of their ass to prevent a payout. The issue is they payout was aleady analyzed, I mean as I said the check was approved and sent out back in July.


So, I'm coming here because I'm not sure if there's an inetbet rep we can reach out to to quickly resolve this because it made a mess of his bank acct.

And frankly, I'm super disappointed in inetbet right now... It's awful because that really makes me now skeptical to play there, not a good look.

Max, or whomever we can reach I can pass along any and all info of his that's needed. Just sucks.

First let’s try the easy route. Have you contacted the iNetBet rep here on the forums? They are @emily_hanson and you’ll want to send them a Private Message regarding your situation.

If that doesn’t work out then the best bet would probably be to file a PAB with your details and once we get started there I’ll need your father’s info as well. But let’s not go there until it becomes necessary. First thing is the rep.

Feel free to PM me at @maxd if we need to discuss private stuff related to this.

So here's where we stand, Anna replied quickly but it's been since yesterday morning. And my only issue with that is they're sorta taking their time and if it was a few hundred bucks it wouldn't be as bad, but the account my father had this money in has other things that come thru and come Monday morning it's going to explode on him. So that's why I'm tryin to get them to move a little more quickly.

Yea I mean I hate to do a PAB yet, let's give them a day here but yea even if Emily or someone can just really get in there as I mean, as far as I'm concerned any check that ever gets sent out is passed any type of examination, he cashed it on July 29th so that's pretty wild to see it returned this many weeks.

So like they're acknowledging it but I see no action, like I supplied the screenshot of the returned funds and they keep saying our team is on it but like I guess I don't get what or why there's any delay, they're not getting that you don't just bounce 1800 bucks and nonchalantly take care of it... Know what I mean? Theyre being very nice but like I told them about this over the weekend and it's Tuesday and my dads acct is jacked up, and I feel really bad here.

I mean no need for a pab but I wish theyd not be so tippy toe about this

No hang tight here Max I'm just updating the situation, they I think will resend a payment today it's just time is of the essence here and I wish they were moving a little faster. But if we don't get a resolve between now and tomorrow night or so we can get a pab setup.

If your dad has a cashapp account, he could easily have funds sent there from iNetBet in the form of Bitcoin and immediately covert it to cash on the app, then directly transfer to his bank account.. If time is of essence.

Oh absolutely, that's what I'm getting at they're sorta taking their time with giving the solution know what I mean? He was on vacation as well for this so that made it even worse but I sent the email in his behalf on the weekend and it's just a chain of "oh we're so sorry to hear, we will look in and get back", like I said I believe we've had Anna, Daniel and Emily all 3 reply here and nothing has been done.

I told them hey can we do bitcoin or like you said cash app, and that was now a day ago.

The problem aside, this is a bad look for inetbet... Its not my main place but I play there fairly regularly and I gotta admit this gonna make me gunshy. But I'm surprised they haven't escalated this to be resolved faster, it's not like it was a day or so after putting a check in it's a few weeks, that is so bad all around.
 
Max what is your take, so after a few emails pleading to speed this up this is the last email Daniel sent just a bit ago :

" I am sorry for the delay, i do believe the team are still waiting for the funds to be returned,
However i will pass this over to them now for you."

He passed us over to them already once before no clue who he's referring to, but do you feel this is acceptable given a bad check or what is your advice? They reply but they aren't doing much action.

Is @emily_hanson available here to maybe help push things along?

I don't know if they think everyone is just loaded and can sustain a bounced 1850 but they're a bit nonchalant about this imo
 
What can I say? In my experience the iNetBet guys don’t mess around. If there is a delay then it’s almost certainly because there is a legitimate problem. In order to say more I need to know more and that means I need a PAB on the table in order to proceed. Your call, but I can’t really say anything further until there’s a PAB.

Got ya Max. Yea Im just tryin to balance the situation as they're saying they're on it which is good but then to me a bounced check is a cut and dry situation, and with them seeing the bank screenshot to me as a casino they need to imo instantly send the funds back, it seems they're waiting on the returned funds but I just find that a bit... What's the word, carefree because again when a check is sent out it's gone, there's no bringing it back especially weeks later.

I'll ask him tomorrow once I'm with him and see what he wants to do, I guess it's just I feel they're acknowledging it but I think this is pretty slow in handling.
 
Hey @maxd yea let's open up a pab because they are acting ridiculous over this.. They want to wait til the funds clear and it's already been over a week and my dad's acct is just exploding with fees, other bounced payments they caused a catastrophic ripple which I know you know what I mean, but every email is Antonio or someone just acting like casual Carol here oh sorry Mr Vokes once funds clear we will submit payment back, yet it's just it put it negative and they aren't caring that due to their careless mistake it's all their fault so yea let's open it.

This is nuts, I thought inetbet had a little more care for their customers in the wake of a situation like this and I think they deserve some form of negative listing, to bounce a check from any casino is bad news I sure don't want to play there anymore as that would freak me out thinking any check they give could be bad. And then they sit here so nonchalant.

They aren't even offering a timeline just saying when the funds clear. They're acting like they need to wait and make sure or something, it's awful.

Yea I think this is a terrible look, sure they apologized but 2 weeks later on a check close to 2k will and can reek havoc and theyre just so passive about it and that's what is bad. Like we showed the bank statement and they acknowledged so to prevent further domino effect in someone's acct they should've quickly sent via btc or cash app etc...

I mean are we out of line expecting a alot faster resolve here?
