My Hype Withdrawal Experience

Hi all,

I know there have been a few players recently that have been anxious over HypeGaming withdrawals. I too have been in this situation so wanted to detail my experience to date!

Basically 2 weeks ago I made a $1500 deposit and withdrew a very nice $7200 (thanks in part to a x100 Magic Mushroom win on a $25 bet!). However, then the 'run around' started. However, after much chasing, contacting KWBlue on this forum and also other affiliates I know, Hype have put the following payment plan together for me:

17th Feb: $2200
23rd Feb: $2500
2nd March: $2500

Now this is fine for me, particularly since I really just wanted my deposit back to start. On this note, I am pleased to say that true to their word I did receive the first payment via NeTeller today. Similarly, I got an email stating the reason for delay was that all US$ funds were frozen even for non-US players. As such, they were transferring money over to make payments.

However, despite the poor communication and delays, it would appear so far that things are moving in the right direction. I hope this puts minds at ease for those waiting on payments. Of course, I'll keep you updated on how the plan goes.

Best of luck to those awaiting monies!

good to hear.
On the other hand:
I cant see any reason, why i should touch a casino, which needs to make a plan over several weeks for a 7 grand payout.
For me hype is gone down to the third class (or league).

Glad they are paying someone. I have had a withdrawal since mid January. They promised me payment yesterday which I never received. I've been in contact with their support team and with the rep Tristan here but I still haven't been paid. I'm ready to pitch my first bitch very soon.

Sorry to hear that Gem. I have to say I mailed the rep (Tristan) TWICE via the PM function here at CM and whilst he read the emails did not even write back... not good. I've had more correspondance from KWBlue who isn't even an employee for this casino! I've also asked my friend who runs a well-known gambling portal (and who I write for from time to time) to pressure the casino. Not sure what has done the trick, but something has worked, at least for the first withdrawal.

At least I have my deposit back now and $600 of the winnings. That was may major concern - that I might not even get the deposit back! Just to see if they pay the $5000 remaining now.

Really hope that you get your payment soon.

Better in instalments than nothing at all, I guess but if a casino needs to pay $7 000 in instalments (is there a weekly cap in the T&Cs btw?) I would regard that as an early warning flag.

Hype Gaming is reported to be the best of the three licensees using the comparatively recently launched Player Preferred software (see other thread) Of the other two there are disturbing reports regarding Inchilli slowpays and a reported change of ownership (already!) and Giant Palace has gone rather quiet.

Yes Jetset... there is - $10,000 per week...lol!

I have to say, if there really is a problem with all funds being frozen I can partly understand. However, the lack of communication is the major problem for me. I was told "2/3 business days" from outset which was clearly a lie. I just hope that they get some liquid money available to start paying out again and to rectify any damage that is currently being caused. Afterall, I think the games are fun and fair as do many other players, as public opinion on this board would suggest.

Reminds of the boss that is going broke, that says "I know I can't pay you everything right now but here take this case of straws I feel so bad about this."

Hey guys...

I just noticed this post after a bit of vacation. Anyone interested, please send me the following details and I will take this up again with the Hype folks.. I would like to get everyone who is needing payment at once so that I can have them ALL looked at in one group instead of individually.

All I need is:

1. Hype Account Number
2. Date / Amount of Original Withdrawal
3. Date you sent identification documents

Any furthur communication with Hype would be great as well and if you feel like unloading your whole story with me, feel free.

I will send ALL info I receive on Wednesday this week, so please have your details in before then.

SEND TO: cashoutissues *AT* casinobonusfarm *DOT* com

Thank You - I will do my best to help out... again.

You just described a ponzi scheme. (or a pyrmiad, whichever you prefer)

kwblue:

You are the NUTS. I think it is very cool that you would do this for the players involved. :notworthy

Above and beyond, Kudos.

I hope this creates some positive karma for you, when you need it.

while the air rising from the Hype smokestacks does have a foul odor, it doesn't necessarily imply a ponzi scheme. they could just be inadequately funded and had some lucky high-rollers? nonetheless, why do CM forum members who see these Hype payment issues continue to play there in the near term???

thats the point. Why not wait and see what remains, after the smoke has gone?

Strange Casino

Hype is a strange casino: Yesterday i have request a withdraw of $150 and today i have seen than there is this money on my neteller account.
While many times i must stand a week or more for for being paid

I received this email just now from Hype. Hope this means everyone is getting their monies now. Thanks KWBlue I am sure you had a lot to do with this!

Dear xxxxxxx,

We are pleased to advise that we have had confirmation that your winnings of $xxxx.xx has been sent to your account!

It may take 48 hours through the banking system.

The reason for the long delay is mainly the loss of Neteller and Click 2 Pay, we have had to arrange new banking facilities to be able to send money direct to you bank accounts.

The system is now operational and we will be able to ensure that you will receive your winnings more promptly in future.

Once again thank you for your understanding

Yours Sincerely

Yes, their plan is to get rid of the backlog caused in part by the Neteller fiasco. I sincerely hope that this brings all payment issues to a close quickly (and, I believe it will).

Hi Guys... well unfortunately my $2500 due Friday was not paid. I've put a call in to support (again!!) and will let you know. This really is annoying, particularly since I've been given guarantees that this casino is well funded. All very frustrating.

B.

I haven't received my withdrawals either. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt since my email arrived on Thursday. My bank may be just receiving it and hopefully accepting it. If it isn't in my bank account after midnight on Monday night I will be emailing Hype again!

Well.. I moan and I get another payment :) Today $2500 was paid to my NeTeller account. I've also received an email stating the final $2500 will be paid next week. So... they are almost on track - just hope I get the last one next week.

Hope your guys waiting fund transfers got paid also.

Nope no payment from them today for me either. Gee I've only been waiting since January 18th. Maybe I'll get it by Spring.

That's ridiculous! :eek2:
I strongly suggest you keep asking them about it using the 'live chat' feature from within the casino software.
I had a few problems when I first signed up there, but the live CS were very helpful & quick.
It could be they're waiting for ID from you or something...?

This was not my first cashout and I have every correspondence with them regarding this cashout in writing. They are not waiting for documents from me. I'll post all the details once I get paid.

Hype has not settled with me either. I am now getting conflicting information. They said they processed my withdrawal last Thursday using ACH transfer. This was the email I received on 2/22.

Then today I received an email it had been completed two weeks ago.

Dear xxxxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

We have already sent out the payment to ACH 2 weeks ago therefore it is now up to them as to when they will process the payment into your account.

We will contact ACH again and check with them to find out the cause of this delay. But we believe that you should be receiving your payment by tomorrow perhaps. We are sincerely sorry for the inconveniece caused.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Casino Support

Well it isn't in my checking account so I have no idea what they have done with it at this point. It was either processed on the 22nd of February or two weeks prior.

If any representative from Hype reads this please tell me where is my money!

Addison welcome to my world. They have been changing their story with me for over a month now. I emailed them yesterday but did not receive a response. I also got the same email on the 22nd saying that they were now set up to process ACH.

My last email was in response to my emailing them yesterday as well. I now have an additional withdrawal pending of $2200.00. Oh boy would it be nice to be flush with all this money the casinos and Neteller owe me!

On another note Bodog just sent me a check yesterday via USPS Priority Mail. That was odd since they had told me it had been mailed over two weeks ago.

Do you think two weeks is now the standard phrase when replying to our emails?

   (deranged laughter)

Sorry to hear your experience, guys... I do think now though that Hype are trying... i am in the UK so NeTeller is an option for my withdrawal and indeed I've been paid pretty much on schedule. Perhaps even ACH etc. is having problems with the recent US stuff?

Really hope you get paid soon - it's horrible having decent cash-ins pending at a casino.

Inchilli Payout Issue

Nope no payment from them today for me either. Gee I've only been waiting since January 18th. Maybe I'll get it by Spring.

I also have received the email stating that my winnings have been sent!!

It is now Tuesday morning 2/27/07 - and no payment. Inchilli seems to stall 1 week at a time. Well I have fallen for it for the last time 2 weeks ago, and I have already pitched-a-bitch. I knew this last letter was a lie. KWBlue thanks for your help so far, as you have provided the most input on this issue, and you don't even work for Inchilli.

For those interested, I made my withdrawal request of $800 on January 26, 2007. Thanks for the wonderful forum.

Sincerely,

ME
