My Hype Withdrawal Experience

Thanks KWBlue for all your help. I know things will work out eventually. Hype will have a load of PR repair to do if they can at all. For me I appreciate all your help on my behalf.

This is certainly alarming, and my information is that Inchilli's original owner-management (a pair of Australians with a previously besmirched record in the business) are now out of it again, leaving the property in the hands of David Ohlson and David Jenkins at Firebrand Interactive-Player Preferred, who are the primary cause for the slowpays on Hype Gaming, too according to our information.

Our sources have informed us that Hype Gaming is backed by a well funded Australian company (all the details of these guys and the original Inchilli investigations are in the archives here at Casinomeister from our previous research) owned and run by a reputable businessman who is unlikely to leave players in the lurch.

That said, I hope this same reputable businessman is exercising the famous Aussie outspokeness in ragging hard on the asses of Ohlson and Jenkins to get this BS sorted out and streamlined - fast. These casinos have been in business for too long for the "just starting out" and "teething problems" excuses to have any credibility.

To conclude, hammering KWBlue when he's genuinely trying to use his affiliate connections to help players is a little hard-hearted imo. He's proved in the past that he can assist, and I'm sure he's doing his best now despite being the target of some posters' frustration.

Thanks Jetset for the post and the information.

Just a side note about blue, heck I wasn't hammering him, I can appreciate when someone tries to help out that is why I just asked for a bit more informative facts instead of the same company line stuff that I can get from the live chat CS people. It doesn't put me any bit at ease when a person makes a post that states they are frustrated with the situation but they are sure no one will be left unpaid but then also say they have no way to prove that. Heck the CS people told me in live chat I would get paid also then followed it up with they have no idea when but they will be sure to email me when it happens lol. That made me feel a lot better :).

To be honest, it's hard for anyone to be absolutely certain that verbal assurances will hold in most businesses - when the money runs out, or times get tough for other reasons attitudes and even morals can on occasion see quite dramatic changes LOL!

As an affiliate, KWBlue uses his additional channels with Hype Gaming to try and assist, as do others in the business from time to time with other venues. Kudos to them all, as that can improve the chances of getting issues resolved. But it's obviously impossible for most of the guys trying to help to promise that the information that has been given is carved in stone.

I'd rather have them providing that extra help than not....but what I would really rather see is an industry where their good-hearted involvement is not necessary at all because the casinos do their job properly!

I agree with Jetset - people like KW are very valuable members of this forum and everything in their own time and on their own dime and they should be respected for that.

An email arrived from Hype Affiliates today saying that all payments have definitely been processed - although I havent seen a cracker yet.

Also, Im not exactly sure what 'processed' means. I would have preferred the word 'sent' as they could be two different things.

I'm frankly astonished that they have taken almost 6 weeks to get their finances organised. As I stated previously, it takes me 5 mins to organise an International Bank Wire.

Hype should have stated exactly what the problems were with making payments - that would have at least helped everyone understand what is happening and possibly prevented much of this PR debacle.

"Hype should have stated exactly what the problems were with making payments - that would have at least helped everyone understand what is happening and possibly prevented much of this PR debacle."

That bears repeating, because it is so often a failing in online casino managements.

I'm now being told I will be paid from a new processor and it should hit my account within 48hours. I've been told this before so I won't be holding my breath.

Ok - guys :) I'm back. Sorry for the absence.

This is the same thing I am being told from Hype directly. A new processor was selected and 'player payments will be cleared up within the next few days'.

As far as what Jetset stated - it is all 100% accurate and was information that I, myself, did not want to disseminate into the forums. If I want to be able to continue to help people here (which I do), then I cannot give out all information that comes across my plate... I hope people understand.

Please keep me updated on payments as they hit your accounts :)

PS - Rettah, I was not upset at your post at all. Besides, I asked for the thrashing :)

I can understand that everyone is upset and when money is on the line it is always rough-going.

Thank you so much KWBlue and JetSet!!!!! It is important to all of us to have this forum for many reasons. One of them is we have people here with inside contacts who are willing to help us when we get in a jam.

Thanks Bryan for your PAB! You all know who you are so I won't try to name you all because I will leave someone out then feel bad for doing so.

Thank you for all you do I for one appreciate it!

WOOHOO

I GOT MY MONEY!! Nuff Said! Thank you KWBLUE, CasinoMeister, and anybody else that helped me here. And, thanks Inchilli...Late, but thanks.

:)

I have been told by Hype that they are not able to use Neteller any more for anyone (not just USA).

Hmmm

I wonder why that is the case? Seems every other program and casino can do it :what:

The only reason (I can think of) would be that their merchant account is registered to a US address and therefor their funds are frozen.

I changed my details 4 weeks ago and Ive been told my payment has 'been processed' - notice the avoidance of the word 'sent' again.

Reading between the lines - that is EXACTLY the reason!

If so, what I don't understand is why don't they just come out and publicly announce it?
Then everyone would understand that their hands are tied, and would be more patient.

I was happy this morning to wake up to an email from Hype telling me money will be in my account today. They also provided me with a confirmation number as promised. I just called my bank and this time true to their word I can say "I HAVE BEEN PAID"!!!

I hope this means that everyone else that is waiting on payment receives theirs soon. Although I didn't ask for anyone's help I appreciate those that have gone out of their way to try get things expedited which in turn I'm sure help me get paid too(READ KWblue). :notworthy

Great news guys!

I would love to take all the credit, but I believe Hype has more to do with it than I do :) I'm so glad they got things on the right track!

I got paid too! So that completes my withdrawal from 6 weeks ago :D

Thanks to KWBlue for all the help - I do think you deserve a pat on the back for the support you've given me and others with this issue.

Let's just hope that Hype have got their act together now...

B.

Im still waiting on mine - its an affiliate payment - but it looks like we were last on the list
As long as we are on the list, I'm happy!
I think it only right that they pay out the players first.
No players = no casino! :eek2:

Now this baffles me, three scary RTG's (Cirrus, Club Player and Prism) have paid me from withdrawals I made after my hype withdrawal. Can someone tell me again that they are well funded and everything is just fine there so I can feel just as good as this classic CS line I got from live chat tonight when I asked for a time frame of my withdrawal.

<Operator> We are in the midst of processing your withdrawal.

That must be some tricky and cryptic withdrawal process that it takes weeks to figure out and still they are just in the middle of it :).

I am just glad it is only 500 they owe me, one nice thing is you can't reverse your withdrawal or I may have been tempted to do it. Defend these guys all you want but this is one casino I will never play at again.
