I had a really rough start at this casino with many issues.

However support and the rep have been nice to me on chat and PM.

I cant seem to hit here though! A few deposits in..down about tree fiddy but such is life! Even out of all the free spins I cant win on! I even had 40 free spins on twin spin! Won a smashing $1.

However they would not let me withdraw to my VISA card which i deposit with so i had to give them all my bank account details so the withdrawal could go there.
Not really a big issue but every other casino i play at just puts it back into my VISA card!

What really disappoints me though is the that the withdrawal was $300.70 but only $285.70 made it to my bank account?
Their T&C's state no withdrawal fees except for clause 3.2.7 which goes on about deposits of real money must be wagered before withdrawal or a fee of at least 10euro or 5% will apply.

I wagered my deposit of $100, that's how i got up to over $300!

Don't think they will be getting anymore of my money as plenty of other sites out there that are similar in games etc.

Hmm, I am surprised about your withdrawal, could it be possible that we send $300 and that your bank applied some fees? I am telling you, the banks are the biggest earners in our world today, they will soon start charging you for just walking past an ATM on the street. They do a pretty good job of making it all sound a bit vague but they say they may charge up to $15!

There is still nothing on my account saying they have deducted a fee.
I find this strange as they always show the fees in and out on the visa account.

Anyways looks like i have to suck it up!

If you make a deposit with Neteller, you can then make withdrawal to Neteller - easy peasy.
