It has been many years since I have been shocked by the standard of a NetEnt casino.

I give you Luckland Casino.

1. They give you 100% deposit bonus with a large wagering requirement. Once you complete the wagering they take back the bonus! I have seen this ONCE before with a rogue PlayTech casino in 2012.

2. You are not allowed to access the withdrawal section until you are verified.

3. After sending in documents they use 4-6 days to verify an account! They will never start this process because they claim documents has not been sent.

4. The customer support agents doesn't understand plain english. They can't spell in english.

These guys have no intention of ever paying you!

They will come up with every excuse in the book to stall until you give up and lose everything.

I'm not suggesting they're stellar or anything but 2.and 3. aren't extraordinary. WD and verification isn't odd and 5 days for verification is par (even though we're often spoiled by a day or under, 5 is well within acceptable).

As to 70X AND sticky? That's bloody awful.

Why would you play there as an experienced member here. Why not just stick to the casinos you know is accredited here or at least have a very high rating or trust from the better affiliate sites? Bit surprised to hear someone would play there from here but do feel sorry for you man. I know we all wanna try something new but I am sure you are more careful now for next time. But good you give the warning out though :thumbsup:

Why would I try it?

I got promotional emails. Inviting user friendly interface etc.. Live Chat.. Looked nice.

Thats why I tried it and why I made a small deposit 70 euro. Was able to make the WR. No chance of getting anything ever.
I know these tactics.

And about 5 days being normal for verification... What sites do you play at?

The business standard is 24 hours. Most of the accredited does it when receiving the email or the uploaded documents.

The worst part is the stalling of even beginning the process as they claim documents are not sent. Typical rogues. "When did your sent them sir?" Over and over again.
Doesn't matter if I send them again. "What email you used please?" I explain. I sent them Sunday at 19:35 GMT + 1 and several times after that to the correct address.

Sticky bonus for net ent its something very rarely in casinos today ... But if you mentioned playtech casinos - then today most playtech casinos still have sticky not redemable bonuses .

Funny how these clip joints suddenly gain a rep here once the crap has been exposed.

1. you do not specify in your post whether the 30x or 40x is simply deposit or both deposit and bonus combined. I can't access the terms as luckily I'm in the UK and can't join.
2. Preventing the actioning of withdrawals before KYC is NOT usual - it's actually the withdrawal that usually prompts KYC if required.
3. 4-6 days to process KYC is terrible. Most do it in minutes/hours.
4. Ghost non-cashable bonuses are poor and fortunately rare.
5. The withdrawal pending times are shocking. 4 days, 12 hours for VIP!!! 12 hours for ANY player is rare amongst the accredited sites here.

I would recommend CM members to steer clear. Too many negatives.

This is actually VERY common among USA facing casinos like RTG & Rival (not at all, but most), but is very uncommon at casinos accepting the rest of the world (apart from at most Playtech casinos - which is probably one of the reasons why they aren't very popular).
On my site I call this a "Phantom Bonus" - because it vanishes into thin air like a phantom, when you finish the WR.

Actually, right after LAC, one of the guys at Club World explained to me in great detail the casinos "hold" from different type of bonus - and their 400% phantom ones are statistically LESS profitable for the casino than 100% cashable ones.
Bear in mind you start with 5 x your deposited amount, can bet bigger and longer giving you more chances to hit a significant win - AND (unlike some other operators) they don't put a win-cap on it.

I can't recall of the top of my head seeing a phantom bonus at NetEnt casino - but I definitely wouldn't take it, especially if it's only a 100% bonus with high WR.

Over two months ago, I took part in a promotion sent to me by the casino via email. The promotion involved a 200% bonus on my deposit. After playing with the bonus and meeting the wagering required for the funds to become withdrawable, I requested a cashout for a total of €5300. It took Luckland casino about 3 weeks to verify my account and make the initial payment. At first they only paid out €1500 and stated that they were unable to pay me more than €500 per week. Fine. In the following weeks they did stick to their promise and actually paid at the stated rate. They have paid me a total of €4000, owing me a further €1300.

A couple of weeks ago, I received an email informing me my Luckland account was closed. To my inquiry about the remainder of my funds they stated they would not pay the money because I was playing "playing with a system that was meant to leverage the bonuses given by the Casino, ensuring winnings on the long run from the Casino".

I have clearly not broken any terms otherwise they woudn't have paid out most of my winnings in the first place.

There is an easy solution. Only deposit after KYC is completed.

I actually write that in my email when sending in the docs. I am sure it sped up the KYC process quite a few times as they want you depositing as quick as possible after registration. I also send the email with delivery and read receipt activated, hence i will have proof that they received and/or read it.

Makes life much easier when the toiling through the bonus proves fruitful and i make it to a withdrawal.

Still, all what i read here ensures LLC won't get even a blink of my eyes let alone opening an account and depositing.

EDIT: 96hrs to pay a normal player. Are you nuts "Cuckoo (Luck) LandCasino"? :what:

I have to agree that depositing should only be done here after kyc is completed. The op had a point here, they the kyc takes far too long, and the same thing also happened to me that they did not recieve the kyc once i sent it, and i had to submit it atleast 2 times maybe 3 to get verified, so it took roughly 20 days ;). Even after the second (or third time) , i never recieved a reply that the kyc process had actually been completed. And about 30 days to get paid in total, thats about 29 days too long ;)

I don't really wan't to badmouth a casino, but things seemed to go way too slow here, so i would think people should propably avoid playing here, or atleast get their kyc fulfilled before. Normally a kyc process takes about 24-48 hours at most, in any other place, and i always get an email it has been done.......

Hello there my name is Maximilian and im waiting a big withdrawal from LUCKLANd.
I started getting worried when i read on askgamblers 3 ppl not getting about same amounts of money withdrawal due too all of them getting blamed for gaming patterns too fullfill bonus,
and all of them are saying thats is absolutely not true....

I started with 40 euro bonus (including my 20 euro deposit) played differents game 0.40 0.60 bets until i started playing wild water at 0.60 bet... I GOT A HUUUGE win in bonus gaving me 240 euros balance..
from there on it was smooth surfing with around 1 euros bet on different game until bonus was fullfilled. I finally stopped after i got the Max win in the fotball game on 1 euro bet (500euro) bet ...
then i played from 1000 euro up too 1300 euro on gonzo when i finally stopped and this is the money i want too withdraw.

I sended documents thursday so hope to get verifed tuesday, wednesday... After all ive read im veeeery scared i wont get my money and this is BIIIIG money for me and i really need them :/
