Terrible loyalty incentives/bonuses

I've been with Gala for just over 4 months and have spent around £1,000 in total. Still yet to withdraw a single penny from the site as I have never won anything. Never been in profit on any session whatsoever....and their loyalty rewards towards customers are absolutely abysmal. If you spend a tenner you get a spin of the rewards wheel.
Every single occasion I have spun the wheel, about 100 times in total in 4 months it has landed on the same segment EVERY time...3 free 10p spins. It is not random. They should just say spend £10 and get 3 free 10p dead spins as a 'bonus', becuase it is physically impossible to land on any of the other sections on the wheel. That is the ONLY incentive they give. No customer loyalty bonuses, no points, no free spins or cashbacks.

I have been online and have seen that Gala has a rating of 1 out of 5 on Trustpilot, the common theme being it is impossible to win on the site. I know gambling is luck and meant to be fun but surely playing on a casino that gives you absolutely no chance of winning is illegal?? If I win 10p more than I staked ina session I'd be really happy.

To be fair to Gala/Spins/Casino though, they do a free wheel on each site every day. I've had a few small withdrawals from them.

But yes, the "reward" for wagering is always 3 free spins on one of their awful in-house slots.

The absolute worst of the freebies currently is at 32Red - they've had a daily promo running for a few years; currently alternating between a Keith Lemon slot/a Tipping Point dozer, in which you can win up to 10k, or a few free spins.

For 90% of the time, you'd win 1 free spin on a 94% slot.

For the last two months - not a single prize from the promo. Not 1 single free spin.

I'm not sure who the promo is for, or who they're looking to attract from it. I play it still because - well, it's now a game of whether I will ever win 1 free spin ever again.

At All British you get always 10% cashback, next to our weeklyoffers.

Trustpilot and casinos, take that with a bag of salt. On our end, 1 star reviews are often not even existing players, players who actually expect to win every session, players who agree to terms where it states that somewhere in your journey extra verification is required. They appear to have no ID doc, dont want to get one, and leave a 1 star review.

You'd get a lot more of my business if you reverted Trustly to £10 deposits ;)

Just don't play on Gala any more. I had a similar experience. Several deposits and never won anything, never in profit. After losing those deposits, they started requesting documents, which I provided and were eventually approved after almost a week back and forth. My account was active again. I logged back in a few weeks later only to find they wanted me to send my documents all over AGAIN.

Their app and website both run like garbage. Slow and buggy. It's like they go out of their way to create worst customer experience possible.

Seriously, screw Gala! Play elsewhere.

Review sites are not particularly useful for gambling operations, because either people don't understand what's going on (e.g. complaining that they haven't received a withdrawal after 24 hours, even though it can take up to 5 days) or because they've lost money (e.g. played £2 a spin, lost £50, "impossible to win" rant based on a ridiculously small sample size).

Occasionally you will spot trends - e.g. sites imposing ridiculous levels of paperwork checks, particularly around the time of withdrawal (sadly something that's coming to the rest of the sector in September) - but it's best not to read too much into a single review.

If it was actually impossible to win, Entain would be on their way to another award-winning fine from the UKGC, but the games - as with any other regulated site - will be operated by a game provider and tested by an independent testing house.

all UK casinos the same PartyCasino 1 free spin or if you wager £20 10 free spins, Pokerstars remove all points, but you still get some free spins and if you spend money you get like 5quit bonus a week Mr q bet 365 betway vs mr vegas you get nothing, I thing best cash back deal for now is AllBritish

Bet365 has occasional drops of 5-10 free spins on Fridays.

And for the last few months has been running a scratchcard promo for free spins/cash on MercenaryX, which is a de-branded Nolimitcity slot. Withdrew a couple of hundred from that a couple of months ago. Which was nice.

There is a daily game on bet365 that I get at least a few spins from every week. Just a couple of weeks ago I won 10 free spins, hit 2 bonus rounds and withdrew £50. I play it every week and it is as fair as you can get. I am banned from Gala Bingo because I was banned from Coral.

I absolutely hate Gala casino. As mentioned in a seperate post I have been on it for nearly 5 months and yet to withdraw a single penny as everytime you deposit you lose, I have never won even 10p more than I've put in on any session, and the loyalty rewards are crap.
Today after almost 12,000 spins on various megaways games I finally managed to hit a bonus feature one, and it was so generous. Thank you Gala. Im almost surprised all 12 free bonus spins werent completely dead, thankfully the 12th spin came in with the 3p making it only a 7p loss. How many bonus features actually pay out LESS than 1x?
Safe to say this is the last time I'm ever playing on their casino. What a fckin scam that place is.

Look, I get gambling is meant to be fun and if you're lucky you'll get the occasional win...however in my case I've NEVER won. Not even 10p more than I stake on any session. Might go 100 odd spins before a 2x or 3x win but thats's about as good as it gets. What is the incentive anymore? Been almost 17,000 spins since I last hit a bonus feature on any game and the last one I did hit gave me a very generous 3p. As you can see in the attached screenshots every month I lose, every single month. Yet to withdraw a single penny in almost a year. I don't expect to win big but a 50p win would be fine now and then. I can afford to lose, however its still annoying knowing that despite me thinking I might actually win at some point I never ever do.

@turquoise12 , I've tweaked your title a bit, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

What casino is this? You might be playing on one of the casinos who altar their RTP. Some casinos are providing 84% playngo etc

If it’s Bonanza, only another 13,000 spins needed and you’ll hit one.

Good luck

I have to admit I walked from Gala, many years ago for the same problem, never able to win, while I can’t prove anything other than bad luck things did seem a bit off there, so I moved on not been back since, maybe that’s something you should do?

Maybe try an accredited one from here to see if your luck changes…..
