• Best Slot of 2019: Riders of the Storm by Thunderkick as I like the theme and design of the slot, the music and the exciting free spin rounds which can pay really well. • Head in the Sand Award: I have to go with the UKGC on this one. I can understand some of their recent actions but in general their are making it quite unpleasant now for UK players, UK facing casinos and affiliates. I am all for player protection but you can also overdo things.

• Fall from Grace Award 2019: As a long standing customer and a regular visitor it hurts to say I have to vote for Videoslots. I will never ever fault them on their website, speed of WD processing (among the fastest in the industry), choice of games etc etc, but to lower RTP on multiple slot providers without any decent notification to their affected customers was just not good. I only found out on this forum as I would never ever have found it myself kinda hidden away in between the news articles on the casino website. I mean, who does read those articles. I can understand it if decisions have to be made in a business but even a simple email to affected customers would have received so much more goodwill from players. If I login at a casino, I want to play and not read news articles, there are other websites for that. Sincerely I hope they get back on track as I voted for them as best casino a couple of times. Now the incentive to play there is gone as I can play Play 'n Go and Red Tiger at max. RTP at other accredited casinos.

• Biggest Disappointment Award of 2019: This one is easy - BTG, simply because all of their slots are horrible unplayable money gobbling monsters except for Danger High Voltage which is their only slot I can really appreciate. In the beginning the Megaways© engine seemed a nice new addition but nowadays it is so over exploited, it is just a blatant joke. This said I give Blueprint a honorable mention as they have dug them selves so deep in Megaways© slots, I wonder sometimes do they even still have people working in their game development. I mean, just buy the copyright of a popular slot and apply the Megaways© engine to it, and voila, Blueprint released another pile of shite. Of course the sick Feature Buy idea (To strip players even faster from their money) also comes from the same camp. These two slot developers have nothing to offer to me, and for the love of God I do not understand why they are so popular.

• Forum Highlights of 2019: Already mentioned but I also agree that The Remarkable CM Community is a great thread where many people have shared some of their winnings with other members here, a truly nice and popular thread. Another highlight in general is the forum upgrade, I think Casinomeister did a great job on this and the website keeps getting better and better.

• Forum Member Achievement Award of the Year 2019: Okay here I could nominate so many people that I like and respect on this forum but this year I would like to vote for @ChopleyIOM , because I love the way he is involved in many discussions on this forum, is not afraid to give his opinion about anything really, and his videos are so fun to watch because they do not only contain slot sessions but also he discusses industry related topics and issues, has videos about slot emulations and the odd slot reviews. I love to listen to him and his enthusiasm shines through his Youtube videos. Keep on doing what you do mate, I love it! Then I also would like to mention @Kroffe , he is a fairly new member but you brighten up my day with your spot on comments and posts on this forum. You are truly a great addition to this forum and I do not know you in person, but I feel we could be friends easy outside of Casinomeister. best rep goes to Jan. i think he has went way above any rep ever around here that i have seen even above dan from videoslots when he was chosen by myself and other as rep of the year. Jan is professional, friendly, a player who shows screenshots and chimes in on other threads and other casino threads to usually help or give advice or his thoughts. So basically takes part in the community not to just self promote himself. He stays super active and even hands out some really nice promos that are fair and fun. He answers MOST (lol sorry had to) emails and messages even though he is super busy with just about everything else.

He doesnt get involved in the forum drama and back and forth and angry arguments and when someone has an issue with his brand, he just deals with the facts and doesnt get too personal.

Best casino group should go to L&L with the insane amount of progress they have made. i wasnt too sure if i should vote them because Canada doesnt have many options there but i dont think its from lack of trying but more he is handcuffed which is too bad because the Canadian market is pretty good and loyal. i will vote for them though and i also expect some more providers in return


There should maybe be a best chat rep award although that may be hard and players probably dont care enough to pay attention. if i could vote for one it would be denka from l&l group...even though just recently i thought i was talking to a female the whole time but it was actually a guy LOL. i think as long as Jan is around L&L is really going to run the tables on awards for many years especially knowing he has more plans for 2020 including more gaming providers and faster cashouts including weekends. And hopefully some sort of reward program because we all know players love that. Hopefully this community can chill and not drive him away.

Just wanna give a shout out to direx nv. Had some of the fastest cashouts ever from them. Decent promos, decent slot providers and fair wagering. Some of my cashouts were from depositing $10-$50 for my first time ever and then cashing out 2k in hours without any bs or delays. Oshi casino really comes to mind, same with ilucky

AllBritish would win, but I have to play elsewhere quite a bit, as they just don't have the providers I play, Merkur, PlayNGo being 2 notable ones, so I'm going to have to reluctantly go with Casumo, for their game selection, decent customer service. However, the second I get hit with a SoW request my account will be closed after seeing what Dunover went through, which is why I'm a bit reluctant about this selection. Also a mention for Novibet.

Worst Affiliate Experience - Kindred for scamming affiliates with quotas, despite stating otherwise on here.

Fall from Grace Award - Trada by far. Up until a month ago Videoslots were clear leaders in this for me, pretty much scamming customers by deliberately hiding the RTP reductions, but Trada have gone further, not only having even worse RTP settings than Videoslots, but moving to a platform that are one of the worst in the industry. Live chat customer service has gone from excellent to pathetic, withdrawal times from instant to up to 4 days. Theres just nothing good to say about them, apart from the reps are 2 of the best on here.

Casino Representative of the Year - Jan without a shadow of a doubt. Not only does he sort out pretty much every problem posted within hours, he also engages in the forum as a player, and runs numerous promotions throughout the year, not only to generate signups like a lot do. I'll be shocked if he doesn't win this.

Worst Rep - BTG, only ever post to promote a new slot. Rarely answers a single question put to them. A mention to Burgstorm or whatever his name was, from Netent who only posted to get some free market research.

Considered to be the only awards that matter in the online gaming industry, the Meister Awards are being decided now. These awards, some prestigious - some not, have been dealt out since 2001. This is your chance to suggest new and interesting categories, awards, recipients, or any other input for that matter.

For the newbies, The Casinomeister Awards are dished out right after the Xmas break - usually during the third week of January. It's an "event of the year" which has been held since 2001.

For quite a number of people, these are the only awards that matter... Screw the rest, these are the best.

I'll try to mix the perspective of account manager who works with reps and casinos directly and regular CM forum member/occasional player.


Best rep : Although L&L Jan is ultimate and irreplaceable rep, I'll vote for @Conor@Trada this time, primarily cause I find unfair forgetting what he has done for so many years including this one. Just because he's very busy lately and just because there are some early presumptions Trada is gonna become bad moving onto new platform, doesn't erase his every day concern and interest towards CM community and website, his still fast responsiveness, assistance and creativity.

I honestly can't think of one casino that have been operating for that long that I would class as outstanding for the whole time, I would have said Videoslots if it was a year ago, but they started a little dodgy, and the past year has put paid to that.

If I was forced to pick I suppose Casumo would be my choice. Casumo don't do much wrong, but they did have the whole affiliates with dodgy ads, spamming etc a couple of years ago, and at the moment they seem to be going well over the top on some SoW requests, which sours the experience, and stops me playing there anywhere near as much as I was previously. They do have a massive selection of games on the highest RTP settings, pay fast, trustworthy and the site is rarely down.

I think L&L started in 2011 but its only in the last couple of years they have been getting up there as a top casino group really, mainly down to Jan. This time in 10 years, I think they will be a much stronger contender, but as my thoughts are over the full 10 years, I can't say them yet. Still quite limited games, and only very recently started speeding up withdrawals, means I can't say they have been top for 10 years. See you in 2029 though Jan

I only have one nomination this year:

Fall From Grace: UNIBET/KINDRED

Kindred bought out 32Red in 2017/18
After a while they reduced my 32Red commission by 75% without my agreement, effectively "stealing" my earnings from players I had referred there over more than 10 years, contrary to their Accreditation Standards.

In 2018 I negotiated a deal with Kindred's head of affiliates that my Unibet commission would remain on the same level with NO player quotas.

But suddenly in November 2019 they reneged on that deal with no prior consultation, cutting my commission by 66%, again contrary to their Accreditation Standards.
I have written to my Affiliate Manager, the Head of Affiliates and the Unibet Forum Rep - but all three of them have chosen to ignore me.

I'm sick of all this shit and I'm very disappointed that Casinomeister allows the Kindred casinos to keep their accredited status, but I guess there's nothing I can do about that.

I am in agreement with colinsunderland, it's nigh on impossible to vote for a casino of the decade, even after much thought there is just no contender in my mind.

Had Videoslots not been so underhanded in their tactics when reducing their RTP, they may have got my vote! The way they stopped announcing new slots and their associated RTP at exactly the same time as they reduced their RTP shows me they knew exactly what they were doing and wanted to keep it under wraps as long as they could.

Hmmmm that is a tough one, as per Bryan's request my casino of the decade would have been Videoslots but after the recent happenings that is no option anymore.

So for me that would be Casumo but they are only founded in 2012.
Also CasinoEuro is still a great place to play.

For the rest I have no idea for which casino to vote. It is hard these days for a casino to survive for a decade or more and still be top notch in every way.
