The Meister Awards are probably the most anticipated awards for the entire online casino industry. Considered by many to be the only awards that matter because these are awards with the players in mind dished out by our community. It's not some hoohah back slapping industry event - these are awards that recognize the Best and the Worst casinos, casino operations, licensing jurisdictions, and people that are associated with online gambling. This is your chance to let us know what kind of experiences you've had in 2024.

Yes, disappointments can include regulatory matters, RTP, new games range, whatever. It's a pretty broad category. Alas this year there could be a fair few possibilities.

It will be refreshing to read the results of the more positive categories, especially the top 5 casinos.

To be honest was not sure if these awards were continuing .

Think the day has long gone when the awards really meant something.

Sounds bad but look at many years ago. You had a large choice of casinos that were really good. Winning casinos had done a good job in beating stiff competition.

You just have to.look at last few years on here to show the lack of interest and the averageness of the majority of casinos that even got nominated.

Now the way the gambling world has gone it's like giving the award to the best of a bad lot just because we have to.

The winner of best casino now is probably a good casino. But does not mean it will be anywhere near great as does not have lot of competition to beat.

Just have to look at way many of the best casinos have gone over the years. And just have to look at the members opinions on most casinos on here. We will take Videoslots as an example. Just look at all the negative comments from their player base in last few years and all the problems yet near enough guaranteed to make shortlist.

Yeah this was a very negative post but it's my opinion. So for me there's no vote for the best casino as there isn't one. Even the ones I use have had problems of sorts.

And there's only a few active reps now that participate in forums . So do we vote for them just because they are here. As it's good they are here but even the few I've had to deal with it wasn't exactly outstanding responses.

Like saying if no members post except me for next year I'd be member of year as only active member lol.

Yes, those good ones who have stuck around face far less competition, I cannot deny. It doesn't seem too long back we had Videoslots in their pomp, Jackpot Party, 32Red, a few US-facing ones like Club World Group etc. (pre rogue) Trada, Casumo, Lucky Dino, Midaur, Red Queen, RedBet, WhiteBet and many more which were all solid go-to sites. The big bookie sites even then had eschewed the chance to keep up reps here but we had a multitude of great sites to focus on elsewhere.

The bottom line is mainly down to regulation and shrinkage of choice as a result due in varying parts to consolidation, closing of brand names and forfeit of licenses. This has made the player-casino relationship tetchy and niggardly to some extent leading to a general cynicism from our side about things as a whole. Crypto may be a reliable substitute for some players but many do not trust it or where they are regulated. So yes, we have a shrinking pool to fish in.

I'm quite looking forward to see how this years awards pan out because in recent years I have mostly stuck to my trusted sites other than adding Lottomart and Pub casino to my haunts . And I don't try new games long enough to get a good feel for them.
Maybe I will spend a long session checking out the top games voted for?

It seems like we need to start getting our votes in so I will start with my quite limited casino choices.
Lottomart and Pub are the only Casino's that I have added to my very limited list this year.
In no real order
1 Pub/All L&L casinoS
2 Videoslots

4 Paddy Power - Not Accredited
5 . Pornhub casino

Videoslots have had to evolve like all older casinos to make extra charges fit their model and they have made adjustments to try and acounteract pushback due to those changes. They are ultimate in trustworthy casinos which is highlighted in the forever prescence in this forum and I have never heard of Casinomiester ever being let down by them.

L&L Jan is a fantastic prescence in the forum and is able to milk money from Party casino still and what a joy is it to be able to play at all of the casinos under L&L'S umberella knowing that Jan is here to give his staff a swift backhander to keep them in line!

Then there is Mark from Lottomart who has created a site where I still do not fully understand what and why I am getting stuff from but I have never had or seen an issue fro members with it.

Only to be expected from a guy who has won endless awards over the years in Casinomeister with his work at 32Red before helping setting up this site.
PADDY POWER Is my trusted site for horses and football and I believe that if their is room in this site for crypto casinos and none accredited casinos then their should be room for UK bookmakers sites once more. PP never let me down.

You know I miss the old days of online gaming when playing at an online casino didn't involve so much hassle getting paid. I know we had rogues (been burned by a few) but always had Casinomeister to guide me. Over the last few years, the fun of online gaming has been waning with casinos tightening their RTPs on games, and using ridiculous tactics to delay payment (Selfies holding cards, ID for verification, refusing to verify cards because they are from a non-traditional bank).

Top 5 and why
That said the following are my choices for 2024.
1. 500 casino - Not Accredited but fast payouts, great cust loyalty program and a decent RTP rate for casino games. (pity they don't put in for accreditation)
2. Novibet - Fast payouts and friendly customer service.
3. Hyper casino - Never had any problems but never won there either but this casino has clear T&C etc and a rep that works here if problems arise. I cannot emphasise how important that this is.
4. Paddy Power - not accredited but super fast payouts and who doesn't like that?
5. Oshi casino - friendly customer service.

Best casino group:
Will put L & L group since everybody raves about them.

Best Customer Service:
I am going to put Novibet. Had a few minor issues with not being credited free spins etc a quick chat with customer service resolves this quickly. Always a very pleasant exchange. These guys do good work in my opinion.

Best thing that happened to a player
I think we can put getting paid quickly and with just the standard required KYC in the best thing that happened to a player this year

Disappointment
My biggest disappointment this year was with Bitstarz: had a lot of hassle getting paid by them which drove me nuts and in the end, I self-excluded. I cannot ever recommend this casino to anybody.
Other disappointments include changing RTPs on games to lower versions so that the likelihood of winning goes down dramatically. Changes in loyalty programs so it isn't worth it to play there, I am looking at you Videoslots (Battle of the Slots changes, no more cash awards for getting to certain levels: makes it less attractive to play there).

Here are my 5 casinos, but as from year to year everything is going downhill, low rtp, promotions are not good as they used to be, sometimes the verification can be a nightmare, that's why I play online but very, very rarely.

1.I will always go with L&L group and Jan because he is awesome guy, best rep for years here.

Fun and Hyper casino would be my choice as I don't play in the other L&L casinos. They have great customer support, however when it comes to bonuses, I always had problems with their promotions.

2. Bet365 another great casino, very fast withdrawls and great promos with no wager free spins.

3 & 4 Hellspin and National casino (same group) great casinos with very fast withdrawls and fast verification.

5. Bruno casino, great support, nice promos and fast withdrawls.
