HORRIBLE CASINO TO PLAY (even though i play at sister casino jackpot capital )

I know it sucks when you can't hit anything. Trust me I have been there. Way to often lately.

But I really think it is an RTG thing. Even the medium variance games it takes over 100 spins to get a feature, and/or a full payline. If you look through the winner screenshots, most of the RTG ones are from Slotastic and Jacpot Capitol. So the slots there can not be that bad.

More so, it is more likely luck. Closing your account may make you feel better, but I will tell you, when your not at the right slot at the right time your luck is going to be just as bad anywhere else.

Take a little hiatus from gaming, cool off for a bit. Because when you make your next deposit, no matter where it is and you lose your going to be hotter than hell, and get even more frustrated. You don't need that added stress...No one does.

Don't take what I said the wrong way, it is not meant to be rude in anyway, but I can sense your frustration in your post.

I have had hits at Slotastic,

The games are actually not of concern to me and seem to play the same. I have had bad runs on ALL RTG's and I think its a matter of Hot or Cold.

Their Predatory Nature in Holding Withdrawals for 48Hours and the inability to Flush (Yes I have had my Funds FLUSHED at RTG) is what concerns me.

I get the idea that they are either in financial difficulty or are using reversed withdrawals to fund other withdrawals. Its unethical at the highest standard.

Lets say you DO win - 48 - 96 Hours pending and close on 16 days for a Wire.

Yes I am also a gambler / Human and prone to reversing Withdrawals. I have done this in the past. This is one of the reasons I am so insistent on playing where they flush and do not leave your WD pending.

Really....it is one session.

If you seriously need to take a swipe at a casino because you didn't win or get lots of playtime then you should think about quitting altogether, as you're being totally unreasonable.

I would also think you were doing turbo spins or using the stop button a lot as you would have made minimum 160 spins (actually would be double that at least) in 10-15 mins which is a lot in that timeframe..so claiming little playtime is also unreasonable. I also wouldn't say your bet amounts were conducive to long playtime I.e. $1.20 is a fairly large bet for that bankroll.

Nate is right about the pending periods. I think they are far worse than any gameplay issues.

To put it into perspective:

I played Rain Dance on $1.20 - $1.40 Bets and lost a $700 Balance...

I played Crystal Waters on $2 bets and lost over $2000

I played Paydirt on 0.75c bets and lost a Balance of $350

I played Mystic Dragon on $1 bets and lost a balance of $450.

Just recent examples. I have also had hits for 5 x to 2500x during FS's - So the BIG ones are rare :)

I have not played RTG at all in huge sessions until the last few weeks. So I am learning about their games.

As you can see, I have kinda realized the Volatility of these games and my Bet Size is constant or lower to get more spins in.

as i said earlier - i know its one session and no i did not use stop or auto just kept betting and nothing for 9 staright games - i also have played numerous times at slotastic before thsi session however i gave it a rest for a long period of time for same situation with over 10 depsots of same criteria, so for over 5 months of not playing there i decided to take one more crack at it today and it ended up being the worst play time ever im not bashing the casino(as i play at sister casinos as well) all im saying is that slotastic really has some bad percentage wins , im not a math genuis or run numbers in my head but over all experience with numerous deposits i have to say slotastic is horrible in that department , also again read the subject VENTING :)

Venting is fine. I didn't say otherwise.

If you're going to vent in a public forum, you have to expect and accept dissention and that some will challenge or question what you say. If you just want to say whatever you like, reasonable or not, and have everybody just read it and move on, you need to start a blog rather than post it in a forum.

I also don't appreciate your insulting comment at the end. It was childish, given that I was saying pretty much what everyone else did.

Thanks for pointing that out to me Chu. ;)

It is sad to see those figures Nate, but I can relate all to well with them. It is hard to believe that it happens, and not so long ago when it took so many spins to hit a feature it would be something out of the ordinary, but now it is pretty much the norm. I often wonder if it is a sign of the times, or a sick joke someone at RTG had decided to play on its patrons lol.(Kidding, but I have wondered about that)

In all reality, it is down to luck. I have seen people post screen shots winning thousands on a 40 cent spin. They just happened to be at the right slot at the right time. On the rare occasion where you actually get a great spin, it is just that a rare occasion. But it shows that it can happen, albeit rare that is does.

As with everything else in life, you have to take the good with the bad, and we hare human, so people are going to moan and groan when they get on a horrible loosing streak. It is okay to do so, we all need to vent from time to time.

I take the good with the bad - Wins and Losses are common, however; when I DO win and you stall my WD - Then I can't remain calm. I get emotional over stalling because its plain and simple Greed!

No matter how good a Casino treats its players, a fair indicator would be how quick they process withdrawals. Slotastic and Jackpot Capital have no other reason to stall other than Greed and hoping you lose your WD - Predatory Tactics. It happens in many cases and has also happened to me.

I find it disgusting that Casinos here on the Accredited List have NO reasonable explanation for this stalling tactic. When I see things like this happening, It makes me believe they are underfunded or desperate to retain funds. Its obvious that a fair percentage of 'Pending' withdrawals are reversed and this subsidizes other WD's for players who have the will to wait.

Its happened to me before at this Group. My documents were stalled and eventually I reversed. I profess that I have made the decision - No blame there; however, leaving this avenue open is where the issue arises.

A Maximum withdrawal weekly and it still has to stay pending. I sometimes have BIG balances and to wait for 48 hours for a WD then another WEEK for your next is unethical. To top it all off, my last wire from them took 96 hours to even get looked at and a whole 16 days to eventually hit my account - Jeepers Creepers - That is wrong on so many levels.

I did PM the Jackpot Capital Rep - I was a bit infuriated at the Policy they adopt and I may just have scared her off because I did not receive a reply. I was very stern in putting my point across - My money is MY Money. When I hit Withdraw, I want MY Money!!!

Mind you - I had a WD at SlotoCash - It was FLUSHED and paid after my documents were received and this was just over 24 hours. Yes thats right - Verification documents, Flushing, Verification call and payment in about 24 hours. The rep also replied to my PM's and kept me updated and also sent me a PM when i got paid. I withdrew on a Sunday to top it all off. Kudos to SlotoCash - I hope players migrate to you soon.

The point I'm trying to make here is there is no other reason apart from greed, underfunding or wait for Tom to play so that Harry can get paid.

This is really poor practice and should be condemned at the highest Level. If NEW places like SlotoCash can do fast payments, then maybe its time people played at the places that PAY in time.

Nate,

When they are stalling to process your withdrawal, you do have the right to get angry. I agree with you on that. It is becoming more and more common for some reason. And the excuses that are given to the players are just that, poor excuses. From time to time there will be a hiccup or two, but some of these places are getting ridiculous.

The excuse of "back log in withdrawals" has been used to many times now. Pending periods are getting longer and longer at some places, and if it is because of the back log, that is bull crap because there are other people working for these places that can easily be trained to help process withdrawals, or hell even the casino manager should be helping to get them done. And I also agree that if one RTG casino can flush withdrawals and pay in that time frame, then there is no reason why others can't follow suit.

I do understand your frustration with that, but my post was really about your game play. I apologize if my post was taken the wrong way. I didn't mean to upset you in any way.

No offence taken whatsoever. I think I was just expressing my PRIMARY concern - Nothing to do with Gameplay and no need to apologise. Sorry I came across the wrong way.

Slotastic does not have processor issues - Stalling 48-96 hours is 'STANDARD business as usual lets hope he reverses procedure.'

No excuses, no issues - Just 'Players have requested' that they leave withdrawals pending so they can reverse them. Yeaaahhh Riiiiggghhhttt

Not to forget one of the other reasons. The circle of money!
Most people immediately deposit a part of their cash out back in to the casino, and that is way too expensive for them in processingcosts.

I so wish I had known that all along. Whenever I cash out from a casino I usually make a deposit back at the very same casino, just as a nice gesture. I had no idea that they really didn't want me to do that:(

Threads like this one make me sad, cause there are so many sh*tty RTG casinos out there but they don't get the bad rep they deserve. Like in the other thread about 32Red. You do know this stuff pops up in the google search index right? So when a newbie googles Slotastic he might see this thread and deposit at eh... Slots of Vegas instead.. :D Well that's kinda far fetched but still.

At least with this one I can have some sympathy for the topic starter, cause sure that kind of experience isn't fun.. been there.. but.. well both threads seem to be about the software, or even gambling in general.. So I don't think it's fair at all to complain about these casinos and name them. Even though you kinda mentioned Jackpot Capital and how you like it there.

Well, SlotoCash it is, for me then, for a while.

'Flushing' is a big factor in my decision, here...and quick payments.

All RTG casinos should seriously rethink their policy about not 'flushing'.

( Still JC was quick with my payment...just, I wish they had the 'flushing' ;) )

Okay Nate. I get your point about not liking the 48
to 96 hour processing wait period.. fair enough, but
why bash Jackpot Capital and Slotastic and say that
you wish their customers would migrate to Sloto?

You know something Nate, your a whiney individual
my boy. Your principal oriented which is fine, but unless
YOU'VE personally never been paid by this group, then
bash them.

Jackpot Capital has done waaaaaaaaaay more for me than
ANY other casino has done. They've sent me waaaaaaaay more
ND bonuses than any other casino has. They've paid me
in full for every withdraw I've done.

You should re-think your choice of words next time.

JC has been great to me, too but I still think they (RTG) should Flush, there is no reason why they can't, imo.

JC has given me the same ND bonuses and much appreciated, too!!

I will continue to play at JC!

But what makes an RTG casino more enticing to deposit?

It's just that if you weigh the pros and cons, up....then flushing is a biggy!

But why the no flush?

Good point. Think of it from a business aspect. Sure
flushing will give a player a safe zone from the player's
worst enemy... The player lol. But you must have will power.
Business-wise, the casino is saying, "you will get paid in about
48 hours but in the case your gambling ass wants to play again
and not cost us the processing fees of using your credit card to deposit,
you may want to consider reversing some or all of your withdraw."

I personally have little will power, which worked to my advantage in this
case. I made a deposit for $80, and played up to $300.
I reversed three or four times since and I now have a pending
withdraw at Jackpot Capital for $1000 even. I feel content
with that number and will now (seriously) wait out the processing
time frame.

I had THE exact experience from JC...(Check out the thread 'Jackpot, Are you crazy!) I had THE best time with JC!

Congrats, btw!

Yes, we are our worst enemy when it comes to reversing our winnings....this is why I call for Flushing.

You have no idea what they have to do to get that done, and neither do I. Like X-Raided said the business aspect of it all.
In my opinion, if you can't hold out on reversing a withdrawal 48 hours, you shouldn't be gambling. And the same goes for any other addictive activities. Like if you can't stop drinking alcohol for two days straight, it might be best to find another hobby :D

I think you're missing the point.

Nate and others, including me, are upset about the overall effect on withdrawal times since the 48hr pending period was introduced. It now means up to 5 days until a withdrawal is processed, which is disgraceful.

If a customer does not wish to reverse, a good operator will accommodate their request, either by flushing, or by having a 24 turnaround time from cashout request to processing.

The part that really upset me about the way JC group introduced this obvious ploy to induce players to reverse was the way they tried to sell it as a "service to customers" and "something players have been asking for". It was the biggest load of bullshit I have seen for a while, and why I have not deposited at any of their casinos since. I would hardly call moving from 24hr payouts and on weekends to M-F only and up to 5 days wait a "service to players".

Out of interest, do you promote them?

Maybe Nate could have stated that Slotocash is a viable alternative to JC but on the spur of the moment he just stated he wished others would migrate to Sloto. At this stage, Sloto is doing well but the bigger they get the harder they fall so players should also monitor them so that they are on their toes and not deteriorate like CW and JC who are not really an excellent choice nowadays.

JC has never really addressed the issue of lenghtening the pending w/d period to 48 hours so I also come to the same conclusion as Nate ie they are hoping players reverse. I would rather they be honest about it and mention increased processing costs. If this were the case they could increase the min. w/d amount to say $150 or $200 and process within 24 hours whilst lower amounts will have a lengthier pending period ie 48 hours. Just dont give a BS excuse that players requested for a longer pending period. There could be one or two players with this view but the majority wont like this. On a positive note the JC group does pay out without hassles and for this I applaud them.

I still like the JC grp even though I've been on a down streak lately.
Yup the 48hour thing and some other issues could be better but heh!
We get paid when we win and IMO...that's what counts. I am beginning
to like the trnys at Sloto but I may take a break from RTG for awhile due to
technical issues. seems all the RTG casinos I play at...slot wheels wont stop
spinning and freezes alot...dont know if its my computer or their server but
will not be playing til this issue is cleared....anybody else experiencing this problem?
