It is sad to see those figures Nate, but I can relate all to well with them. It is hard to believe that it happens, and not so long ago when it took so many spins to hit a feature it would be something out of the ordinary, but now it is pretty much the norm. I often wonder if it is a sign of the times, or a sick joke someone at RTG had decided to play on its patrons lol.(Kidding, but I have wondered about that)
I take the good with the bad - Wins and Losses are common, however; when I DO win and you stall my WD - Then I can't remain calm. I get emotional over stalling because its plain and simple Greed!
No matter how good a Casino treats its players, a fair indicator would be how quick they process withdrawals. Slotastic and Jackpot Capital have no other reason to stall other than Greed and hoping you lose your WD - Predatory Tactics. It happens in many cases and has also happened to me.
I find it disgusting that Casinos here on the Accredited List have NO reasonable explanation for this stalling tactic. When I see things like this happening, It makes me believe they are underfunded or desperate to retain funds. Its obvious that a fair percentage of 'Pending' withdrawals are reversed and this subsidizes other WD's for players who have the will to wait.
Its happened to me before at this Group. My documents were stalled and eventually I reversed. I profess that I have made the decision - No blame there; however, leaving this avenue open is where the issue arises.
A Maximum withdrawal weekly and it still has to stay pending. I sometimes have BIG balances and to wait for 48 hours for a WD then another WEEK for your next is unethical. To top it all off, my last wire from them took 96 hours to even get looked at and a whole 16 days to eventually hit my account - Jeepers Creepers - That is wrong on so many levels.
I did PM the Jackpot Capital Rep - I was a bit infuriated at the Policy they adopt and I may just have scared her off because I did not receive a reply. I was very stern in putting my point across - My money is MY Money. When I hit Withdraw, I want MY Money!!!
Mind you - I had a WD at SlotoCash - It was FLUSHED and paid after my documents were received and this was just over 24 hours. Yes thats right - Verification documents, Flushing, Verification call and payment in about 24 hours. The rep also replied to my PM's and kept me updated and also sent me a PM when i got paid. I withdrew on a Sunday to top it all off. Kudos to SlotoCash - I hope players migrate to you soon.
The point I'm trying to make here is there is no other reason apart from greed, underfunding or wait for Tom to play so that Harry can get paid.
This is really poor practice and should be condemned at the highest Level. If NEW places like SlotoCash can do
fast payments, then maybe its time people played at the places that PAY in time.
